This spot takes forever!! Oh my goodness. One medium latte... 20 min! No sense of urgency. Baristas walking back and forth from the back room. One guy taking orders and making the drinks... the other two ladies.. one left and the other one is doing not sure what.

This is genuinely the worst starbucks in California. Not only are they extremely slow but every time I place an order, they make it wrong. They make it wrong so consistently I've began to wonder if it's a joke to them. Then when you call them out, they get annoyed. I wouldn't call you out for it if you made it correctly in the first place.I thought perhaps they were slow due to lack of employees, but even with 6 people behind the counter nothing gets done. Don't order here unless you enjoy waiting 25 minutes for a drink that they either didn't fill up or they missed ingredients in.

Take forever for a drink when its not super busy. There're always a lot of people standing, staring for their orders even though there're about 10 drinks total. See a lot of online orders' persons has to wait 20-25 minutes for their one drink or left with no drinks since they cant wait. they must improve their speed
