Unorganized..every time i come I'm waiting and never get my order right the first time.

I purchased a cup of coffee, and upon receiving the cup, it wasn't hot at all, which concerned me instantly. I asked for a refund immediately. The young man working the window gave me a crumbled up receipt to add insult to injury. I've had too many bad experiences at this location. This will be the last time. Word of advice: If you're going to sell coffee, please make sure not to serve lukewarm coffee.

Food is your average starbucks quality. This store got Drive-thru. However line is long and slow entrance for DT is not will mark. Parking lot got lots car due to neighboring business. Also hard to get in and out.

Starbucks is always fabulous, but this particular Starbucks is super fast and efficient!!! The staff is super friendly and if there's ever a problem, they will remake it for you...no questions asked!!!Parking: Parking is a little congested!!!Kid-friendliness: Always Kid friendly, and they have a variety of kids friendly drinks available.Wheelchair accessibility: There's always at least 1 space available.

Bugs found in Tracy Starbucks. It visible and staff didn't do any thing.Attaching recording and photo.Very sad to see food for kids carrying germs and bugs and that too in flu season and after all the covid issue.Scared about Starbucks snacks now.Hope you will take care to clean it.

Don’t come here if you need WiFi, This Starbucks does not have working WiFi. Bought a drink here twice to get some work done, and both times the internet doesn’t work. Today, when I asked the cashier if they had WiFi before I bought a drink, he said I should be good to go. I bought a drink, and boom, no WiFi. I would have gone to a different Starbucks instead of wasting money here. ): I was really looking forward to drinking my drink and getting work done. Also, the music is way too loud

This place rocks! This location is always my go to location. Awesome great staff! I never had one issue. Does it get busy? of course it does! thats life. I find it interesting that people like to complain about wait times or something that is plain out not a big deal! Thanks again!

If you plan on stopping real quick at Starbucks bc it’s on the side of the freeway, DON’T. Drive thru took so long I could’ve ordered panda next door, ate my meal, came out and still wouldn’t have reached the ordering screen. Took 30 min just to order smh.
