Young girl w/ glasses was talking on her cellphone, she didn’t even wash her hands before making the sandwiches. She was extremely rude poor customer service possibly under the influence. She insulted me and my husband saying we are slow and we talk slow too. Nobody else was in the restaurant only me and husband. The lettuce was wilted . I asked for fresh lettuce she got a bad attitude talking bad to me. Lastly she cut my sandwich in half with a dirty knife with buffalo sauce all over it getting buffalo sauce on my turkey sandwich. She didn’t put sticker on my sandwich or even labeled it. I’m extremely disappointed in my visit.

In totality, it’s not that great. Firstly, the prices. It’s surprising that they sell a footling for $12! Back then, they were $7.50 or so. They were the good times. Now, we’ll get an order that can charge us more than $20. Secondly, they don’t even have change. It feels like they only accept credit/debit cards. Thirdly, some of their meat are changed. Like the rotisserie-style chicken, they stopped doing the patty-like meat and started to do it differently, a likewise of paste feeling. This is the last time I’ll ever go to a Subway.

I walked in at 11:39 I wasn’t the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I’ll be with you… I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said “huh?” I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said “ok” my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn’t pay for the water! I told her I bought half a sandwich and my total to wish she replied, and said she didn’t charge me for the water that she had given me a water cup… I told her that I did not want a water cup that I asked her for a bottle water… she threw her hands up, rolled her eyes and said well that’s on you… I walked in and refunded my entire order. The staff here is exceptionally rude and this location should be shut down. This is not the first incident that people have had at this location with the staff being extremely rude… The older employee was apologetic, but the younger girl has absolutely no respect! Disgusting

It is my 1st language… But I look Only African American I walked into the establishment and immediately the staff began to say very racially motivated things about me.. I then ordered my food in Hindi and their hearts sank.. I told them no thank you and walked away… absolute appalling behavior
