Pretty terrible subway. The young man and girl staff couldn’t be concerned with taking our order they were too preoccupied flirting with each other and then made our sandwiches very sloppy and they were falling apart hard to eat. Not happy with the service and experience at this particular subway.

ZERO ZERO ZERO star. Worst ever subway in Tracy CA, ordered a foot-long chicken roasted, and when I got it it was nothing but the all veggies and no chicken. I took it back to them to get me new one which the guy and the girl refused he opened the sandwich in front of me and showed me some shredded chicken meat I asked him for 14 bucks you are showing me a 2 oz of chicken that also he had to scrap from bottom of sandwich. then the girl said we will make you a new sandwich but you have to pay. I told them if you can't give me another sandwich I am not going to pay for the new one. and I left the sandwich there. he did not say anything. It was the SCAMWAY sandwich store in Tracy. do not bother to do business with them. Both are very stingy and no service at all.ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO star.

I would not be visiting this location anymore. This would be my 3rd time ordering online and they do not give you whats on the order. Specially when it come to the Avocado. They only add one slice of it. Which is ridiculous Specially since they add an extra charge for it. I'm just disappointed shame on the workers.

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO WENT WHEN THERE WAS 10 min left for closing and she closed the door on me right in front of my face when I was like 2 feet away from the door and she pointed to the taqueria knowing my race!

Nope never going there again I was going to pay with a gift card and I only had 13 left I got the six inches one and there like scan it I did and there like o there's no more and I still had the other recipe that said I had 13.65 dollars but guess what they stole my money I called the number behind the card and it's says I have 0 dollars so I don't recommend this subway

Terrible place deserves zero stars. the people working seem like they just rather hang out. Was ignored and Treated like an inconvenience. then the worker pretended to toast my sandwich so was cold when I went to eat it. wont be going back. all for interrupting their conversation.

I am sitting in the Subway writing this; the two ladies working in here are rude and have horrible customer service skills. The one who made my sandwich was screaming one word questions at me. The two workers are talking loudly in Punjabi (I speak the language) and are loud and obnoxious. I guess their corporate office only cares about royalties and it shows.
