I'm Taiwanese and seeing a T4 out here in Tracy got me excited. I work at Integrity barbershop less than a block away and come here for my lunches. Closest thing to Taiwanese you'll find out here... haha. Respectful people here, service on point ??

Bought 2 drinks, strawberry lemonade and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Apparently Okinawa Milk tea is the same as Brown Sugar milk tea so like why two different drink names, they both taste different but apparently they're the same. ?

Having been to other T4s I can honestly say that this one has to be a hidden gem in downtown Tracy. The staff is always commited to great service and it’s our local hangout spot full of games and an impressive atmosphere. It’s clear that T4 is committed to delivering top-notch boba drinks, and I can’t wait to bring my friends along to share in this gem.
The rocket shrimp and basil chicken were delicious! Service was fast.

Today I ordered a brown sugar iced milk tea, and what I got was just milk with sugar. They don't know how to do drinks here. And I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my drink and what I got was just milk with sugar. I also ordered a taro milk tea and it was disgusting. I can barely taste the sugar from my brown sugar milk tea?. I don't recommended.
