When we got our food, it was cold and the hard tacos were so soggy they were literally falling apart and seeping through the packaging. It was unappetizing and disappointing.

Very clean and simple electronic menu. Polite and friendly staff and real clean.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. The school kids get picked up at this location, so there is always kids hanging around.

Ordered online and “ REMOVED “ items I did not want. What do you know, they put items I did not want onto my order. Asked for 2 things to be removed and it says on my order typed out . Is it really that hard to do? What if I’m allergic to something I asked to be taken off and I needed to be rushed to the Hospital because my throat is closing then what, that means I get to sue Taco Bell’s location for putting on a certain item I asked to be taken off for several health reasons. If you don’t like your job get another one it’s not that hard to read an order and to follow the items on that order unless you just don’t care or that lazy . Easiest job besides dealing with rude customers off the bat. Walked in asked for my order nicely and said thank you until they put items I asked for removal in my order. Not fun biting into something you just purchased and can’t eat because someone was lazy and didn’t care. Ridiculous not rocket science

I usually eat here when I'm in Tracy and have had great service. I mean it's fast food I'm not expecting gormet. I am however upset that Taco bell wants me to put my apron and name tag on to take my own order at the kiosk. I'm getting sick of companies going this to save a buck. when I used to enjoy having an actual human take my order. Other locations the employees just stand around and point at the kiosk like I should already know.

The drive through speaker needs to be fixed because the service person cant hear due to road noise. They asked me the same question 3 times. YIKES!!! Get a new speaker!
