I’ve recently tried ghee roast kaju biryani from this food truck, and it was amazing! The rice was fluffy and full of flavor, and it was perfectly spiced.As a Hyderabadi, I’m on an eternal search for authentic biryani and tried way too many places in the Bay Area, this place beats them all. Definitely 10x better than every vegetarian biryani place I can find in SF atleast. It’s a food truck. I tried Kaju biryani as it was kinda new to me. Biryani masala tasted like regular biryanis and it was good in taste. You can try it if looking for something new. Price seemed a bit higher for food truck but the quantity justifies the price.Vegetarian options: Paneer biryaniKaju biryaniParking: Truck is parked inside a large lot with plenty of open space.
