I came in today on my lunch break just to give this place a try. I ordered the classic with one patty add guacamole with chips and a drink. The cashier lady was friendly and there was another guy fixing the fountain machine. I feel like this place is a little under staffed because I noticed only one lady working both register and cooking and a man helping but mainly focused on the fountain machine working this shift which took them about 20 minutes just to get my food out which wasted most of my lunch break! Once I tried my burger it was really good but the chips were very salty! This place is very overpriced for the food they serve! I wouldn't recommend this place if your in a hurry for a quick lunch and on a budget.

I walked in at my online order time, and these two kids behind the register couldn't find my order receipt It was right there in front of them. And then they talked back and forth about who should START the order! 15 minutes after I placed it online and drove there to pick it up. They told me they didn't know the receipts printed out. Because they weren't paying attention. Not a good look probably won't waste my time doing this again. Got my food and my burger was made with the wrong cheese. They probably did it on purpose. And they gave us one ranch for two large fry orders. The burger had NO flavor no seasoning. Yeah never mind I won't be back. Shame too because the first time we came here we absolutely loved it.

Just left from grabbing lunch, and it was delicious! Had the classic double cheeseburger and it tasted like a backyard burger ! This is quality "fast food" and the chili cheese fries, my god ! You know it's good when you need a nap afterwards lol Definitely going to get my burger cravings filled here !

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger in the app, requested pepper jack - but got cheddar. The bacon was also raw, to the point you couldn't even bite into it because it was so undercooked.Ordered milkshake which came half full. Shouldn't charge me five bucks if you're going to only give me $2.50 worth, based on your own photos of the product.Onion rings were also poorly cooked. Ultimately the entire meal failed to meet any part of expectation. Would have been better off spending half the price at Carl's Jr or Burger King at this rate.Unimpressed and won't be returning.

I've driven by this place for over a year, and gave it a try for the first time 2-days ago. As for the quality, it was great. As for the service, my first order was great. Then today, I tried to phone in an order but got a voicemail three times in a row when calling 5-mins apart. I followed the automated greeting's instructions and placed an order online.The order was processed at 6:30 PM on Sunday 6/6, with a pickup time 15-minutes later. I received a confirmation that it was ready as of 6:48 (18-mins later, whatever), and when I arrived at 7:05 PM, the only person working at the restaurant with about a dozen customers told me it'd be another 10-15 mins. That's more than three-times the estimated prep time that I agreed to when I paid!I said forget it, and decided to cancel my order. The clerk was useless at advising if or how I'd be refunded. So I went to Google who processed the order through Postmates (I hate that company and wouldn't have paid if I knew it were fulfilled through them, and not a Google b2b with Wayback). Now 3-hours later, and several chat agents, I'm having to file a chargeback All around, bad experience, stemming to the fact that there was only 1 employee there to take orders, cook, and serve at a busy time of the day (weekend at dinner).Will not be returning.

This is my second time using door dash for Wayback burgers and I was once again blown away with how delicious the burgers were. it was fresh, customization on point, plus the packaging was done perfectly! if you have not tried their burgers, I highly recommend. You wont be disappointed...In addition to the burgers, we ordered the macaroni bites and fresh chips. Potato chips were crunchy and seasoned with salt/pepper. We will certainly be back. I wish I would have taken pictures before we inhaled the food. Next time..

Ordered a chicken sandwich which was not even eatible. Not even joking. It was literally the texture of hard rubber. So gross. Its like it had been microwaved ten times... so disappointed. Burgers were just okay said everyone else but very small and everyone was still hungry. Will never go back

I don't recommended ordering from here using an app like DoorDash. The food wasn't even started when the driver got there so she waited 20 minutes only to be told the food wasn't started yet. The driver left and I called the restaurant to see what was going on. I was told they were busy and fresh food takes time. I was also told my order hasn't even been started yet. Mind you this is a full 30 minutes after I ordered and passed the delivery time. I asked to cancel my order at this point and was told to do it on the app. Great customer service.

They say that they’re open, but we came at 3pm on Sunday and it was dark inside and the front door was locked. Despite the sign in front saying open and Wayback Burger garbage piled high in front of the store, it looks like they must have urgently shut down the store. It would be nice if they update their status on whether they’re open of not. (They should also clean up the pile of garbage in the front of their store too before closing.)

Zero stars today!!! Went in and an employee was sitting with a friend stuffing his face with chicken wings says be right with you. Only wipes his hands on a napkin and asks what we want my husband orders a bacon cheeseburger and he says we're out of bacon kinda rudely and we ask your out of bacon and he says ya. So then we order a cheesesteak and he says we're out of cheesesteak. I told my husband the line was filthy let's leave. He said cancel our order and we left. What a joke and what a rude attitude an no kind of service! Wont be back ever again and will spread the word on the town page!!
