We ordered food and it was so weird. The drive thru is now an AI computer thing. It wasn't very efficient and sort of rushed us. Not the end of the world but just different. I hope this makes things easier for the workers and isn't replacing someone's job. The girl that took our payment could not have been more unfriendly. No greeting, smile or thank you. We asked for napkins and ketchup. As we drove off I saw she didn't give us ketchup. Inside dining was closed so we had to wait in the drive thru again. No sorry about that or anything. Just handed us two ketchup packets and walked away. If I owned this business I'd be really upset my employee was so rude to customers. Our food was not very good either. The hot dogs seemed smaller but maybe they weren't. It could have been because the buns were really soggy and wet. Maybe they shrunk up??? Not very tasty. My kraut dog had about a teaspoon of kraut on it. If we are craving hot dogs again in the future we will go somewhere else.

If you are going to advertise on every website and your building that you’re open till 12am then stop leaving the building empty by 11:30pm. I’m tired of driving over here after work with what you guys advertise to be 20 minutes left till closing and pulling up to find an empty dark building that’s clearly been closed for awhile. The least you guys could do is change your hours if you don’t want to staff the building all the way until the advertised hours so it stops inconveniencing customers. There is another Wienerschnitzel in the area that advertises an earlier closing time which i appreciate because it doesn’t waste my time unlike this establishment.

Horrible automated ordering fir the drive thru. It kept trying to have me add things to my order that I didn't want. Won't be coming back here again.

Well don't go to this place if you plan on using a coupon and paying with an American Express card. The owner or manager guy went on a rant about corporate forcing coupons on him and how American Express has the highest fees he has to pay etc. etc. He wasted a lot of time with his rants. I guess if I go again I will bring my whole family for dine in and we will all have are own coupons rung up separately on the credit card of choice to waste weiner dudes time as well.

Came here at 10.50 pm on Monday (today) and they said no ice cream anymore. I asked why is that. The man said they already cleaned the ice cream machine. The fact that they close at 12 am but already stop selling ice cream not even an hour before. Very disappointed.

Met my expectations for Wienerschnitzel. Decent for hot dogs and fries and restaurant was clean with friendly employees.
The girl was very rude. I did not want the food after paying for the food.

We have been going to this restaurant for years. The food is always good. Unfortunately the red head taking your order is very rood to customers. More then likely I would walk out if she is there taking orders again.

Outstanding crew! Customer service spot-on. Food does not deviate from franchise signature flavor/taste. Clean kitchen area. Family owned? The 5th star can not be issued to this establishment due to the fact, "fast food" abilities have yet to be achieved. Without a single vehicle in front of mine in the notorious drive thru...an 8:09 arrival ends in a 8:24 departure.

went on drive thru and we ordered as much as we can to try different toppings,didn't disappoint,service was fast and the food is good,the kraut is so good,and to top it off is their rootbeer float,we got filled and very satisfied .

Stop in to grab a bite to eat and stretch my legs after driving for 2 hours. Went to the door only to see a sign stating the lobby was closed please use the drive thru. Well I was not interested in getting back in my car, so I walked to another place to grab something.
