I love Wingstop but there is a few things this particular store should change. One being that they need to change their oil more often because you can taste the difference. Second they never tell you the correct time from when your order is done. I usually see my food sitting in the bag when I get there thinking I’m early. Lastly, I think it’s pretty dumb they don’t take cash but that’s just my opinion.

Tonight, my husband and I ordered wingstop for the first time in about a year. We were highly disappointed when we got home and saw that 1 of our favorite flavors was not as ordered. The quantity of the wings was wrong, the size of the wings was laughably small, and they were tossed in the wrong sauce. I called the store to let them know and Christian answered. Even though we were upset, he was kind, calm and disarming. He offered to remake the wings for us and provided a credit for the next time we ordered. Thank you Christian, these stars are for your excellent customer service. Review missing a star for the initial hassle.

Customer service was fine when we picked up the food. It was just finished. We came home, which is about a mile away. Fries are disgusting. Oily. No flavor. You guys always had the best fries. This is disappointing. Haven't had the wings yet. I was looking forward to the fries. Damn.

On Monday 12-4 I placed an online order to be picked up at 230 pm. 6 wings and fries. Easy and simple. Arrived on time and the food was not ready, spoke to the young lady working the cash Register and she said another 10 minutes. Food was ready at 2:57pm. After taking my food with me as I was pressed for time and had to be somewhere at a specific time I started eating my food.The food was horrible. Cold, not cooked to perfection and just a complete waste as I couldn't eat it.How can something be 30mins late and cold and under and over cooked. It doesn't make sense. I said to myself atleast my food will be fresh and hot!!!!! Not the case here!!!!!I threw the food away. I understand the adversity that comes with food services, however someone is going to get sick and possibly sue. If we spend money we deserve good food.This is my second time experiencing something like this. I didn't complain the first time as I felt every restaurant has good and bad days. I will never eat here againEither switch out the cooks and management entirely!!!!!!!! Nobody has a sense of care or urgency either. No wonder you guys have 3-Stars on your Goggle Reviews.Just Terrible!!!!!!

Was told by a manager that they are always behind the wait times online so therefore it is what it is and i just need to accept it as a prepaying customer. The website said 28-38 min. Have no problem waiting an extra 15-20 min over estimated time, but being told wait over an hour and nothing can be done is BS.
