They don't do pizza's with half veggie and half meat, which forced us to get two pizzas which we didn't need. Pizza was good. Service is ok, and ambiance is alright as well.

Such an epic spot. Definitely check hours bc of season but we LOVE the pizza, LOVE LOVE LOVE that there's a park in front for summer days, kid friendly, awesome staff every-time; especially Shellie you rock! Prob one of our fave family restaurant/bars ever and being in Truckee is the cherry on top

We share pizza , salad, and wings . The pizza was amazing! It's really tasty. We tried Hawaiian and margeritha pizza . Margeritha was our favorite! Caesar salad was good but has a lot of dressing. Cozy place inside and outside when it isn't cold. Good service.

I have been to pizza on the hill many times as it's very close to my house and right next to the playground my kiddos play at. The food is overall good. I have enjoyed all the pizzas and really liked the caesar salad. My only gripe is the prices reflect a sit down restaurant but you have to go to the bar for all food/drink orders. I found the servers and workers super helpful but just an annoyance.

It is a real comfortable place to have a slice, with a good salad and a glass wine and not break the bank (for Truckee). It is just a good, family vibe atmosphere where the kids can run about while you enjoy some time outside or inside.

Always a great spot. Outside gets very crowded in summer, but inside usually has seats and tables. Very family friendly and love how easy it is for kids to play at the Northwoods playground while waiting.

This was a terrible experience. We will Not be back. We had a reservation and were told the kitchen was stopping orders for 30 mins. Then we were given a buzzer and then told maybe we would get to order if we waited in line but it was an hour wait. We were seated at a table with our reservation. Meanwhile people are in a long line and then they were taking their orders. It was a cluster! On top of that, the employees were extremely rude. Throwing their hands up in the air. They were awful. We will never go back. It's a nice idea & looks like it could be nice, but what a cluster! We left and got pizza somewhere else. Never again!

Great pizza. Unfortunately Caesar salad came without Caesar dressing. Also the pizza special Three Little Pigs was good but would have like a bit more sausage. Sausage is my favorite pizza.
