Whether I’m stopping in for my morning pick-me-up or meeting friends for a chat, Starbucks provides a welcoming environment with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. Plus, the convenient locations make it easy to satisfy my caffeine cravings wherever I go. Overall, Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop for its delicious beverages, inviting ambiance, and top-notch customer service.

This location sucks. The past 4 times I've gone in, they have been out of my drink along with many other flavors. What is the point of pumpkin spice season if they never have pumpkin spice??!! Do you know how many basic people in town look forward to this season of flavor?! Disappointing. Really bummed all 3 of the other locations in town shut down. One star for at least being the last man standing.

The stand alone starbucks are way better. They must not be training the people as their own employees. They carry the name but the coffees are always sub par in comparison to the stand alone starbucks locations that starbucks loves to shut

I came here July 23,2023 at 3pm the girl who was making the drink constantly coughing while making my drinks. No mask on. It was disgusting I just threw away my drink. She was obviously sick. Even other employee as she was leaving she told her to feel better soon. I never experienced such a bad experience in Starbucks before. I understand we can be sick sometimes and still have to come to work. But coughing on my drink is not cool.

The only Starbucks left in town. The other Starbucks closed because of a lack of work ethic and this one should follow soon. States it opens at 0530 and they are never open on time, if at all. Need a coffee shop in town that opens earlier than 6!

Says they open at 5:30 AM. Standing front of their register at 6AM and they act like they can't see you. Still setting everything up. Maybe they need to change their hours or schedule someone to actually be here and be ready when they're supposed to open.

Online it shows they don’t close until 6:30 but I got there at 6 and they where already completely closed and told me that bc they are low staff they had to close early.You know how big of u turn you have to make to circle back around to get to this Starbucks? And what Starbucks closes at 6pm off a major highway? This is ridiculous!

I mean, it’s a Starbucks, so generally your experience will be like 1/who knows how many locations globally. No local connection and ownership. There are just better options if you’re passing through Truckee, CA. A reliable option with coffee options. The cups don’t necessarily support our local Waze stream but you can participate in their cup program. The simple fact that it is a franchise location means that they’re sourcing is not gonna be good for our local environment. You can see from the issues they had with their reviews in 2022 and 2023 that they clearly have no touch or idea on fixing issues like posting the wrong business hours to correct small issues that could easily be fixed.
