Brought back napoleon because it was spoiled, and tasted terrible. I specifically asked when it was backed because I like it fresh and crunchy and was told that it's been in the fridge for an hour. When I came to return, I was told that the person who delivered told them it was fresh so it wasn't their fault. It's bakery and I assume it is being backed there. Anyways will never come back

If had choice I would give them below 0 review,0 customer service,rude. I bought pastry it was old ,cream was sour and bitter. When I did return next day no apology, they gave attitude. Horrible service ,and rude with absolutely garbage product .

The chubby woman with pink or its blue hair is the most unfriendly and rude person I ever met. Also a younger woman who recently start working there is rude. If these people don’t like the job, they can get another one, don’t take it out on the customers. Be a little classy and professional like the older nice and classy woman who has been working there for a while.

Worst bakery ever ! Horrible customer service , sells old pastries that is old . Got pastries from there that was very old, when went to get my money back they refused to return my money or give me store credit ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BAKERY IF YOU WANT FRESH PRODUCTS.

Stopped in for the vegan lahmajun and unfortunately the only lahmajun available today was meat. Nonetheless, the ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and helpful explaining what other items were available. So walked around and quickly realized although I'm not a cake person the cakes here are indeed beautiful and the other desserts looked mighty nice, too. Picked up a few little chocolate cookies for a friend, Also saw some packaged corn chips and candies . Free parking was easy right out front. I wouldn't hesitate coming back.

Garbage food always old, cold, or stale. The prices are crazy way too expensive and bad workers. They were very rude and had a lot of attitude. The old lady with the bad makeup always had a nasty personality. Never coming back the bread used to be like $2.50 and now its about $4.00.

I don't understand the unpleasant views. Quality can't be rushed. Not can you expect to be served first when there are others. If you wanna be served first then go home and make it yourself or get the goods imported yourself.
