Sonia. Just something else. I love this place it's close to my work I come here once or twice a week and always buy for three. Lately I haven't been here to avoid her. Normally the guy is here i believe he's the owner. Very sweet guy, which is why I come even in winter.. My incident was on Friday July 16 at 2:05 pm. Sooo I ordered a milkshake and she was making a smoothie after I had repeated myself when I placed the order. She had a banana and some syrup in there and I saw her pull out ice and I told her no it's a milkshake. So she then very upset said "oh well I'm already making it" and I looked at her and said I asked for a milkshake not a smoothie and she said "I know but I'm already making a smoothie". I told her it doesn't work that way I'm not buying a smoothie. She then slid the blender all upset to the side and began making remarks. I looked at her and told her I'm still here you know I can hear you. It's sad because she's going to drive customers away. She's very rude

I don't know why this location has such a bad rep. It's the only real dessert place we have locally. They do a great job, delicious ice creams and tasty treats. It sure does satisfy when you're craving something sweet. We apparently weren't the only ones craving something sweet tonight, they were really busy. The girl working was very polite and handled the crowd well. We got our delicious treats and are satisfied.
I love the place, but unfortunately the customer service its bad, I went there to day, the Latino lady it was so mean.
