There are a lot of disgruntal employees at this location and the chicken is consistently burned or overcooked. Bad management and quality control. Will not comeback to this Pollo Loco.

$5 pollo bowls is insane value, and very tasty and fresh. Not a fan of most the menu but you literally cannot beat this. Their Steak is fantastic as well, particularly in burrito form.

There was chicken missing, wrong dressing for salad, and we were told there was no hot sauce. After calling back to inform the store, they said they were out of ranch for the salad and apologized for forgetting our chicken wings. They said they could only reimburse for either the missing chicken or the salad. I asked for both items to be reimbursed but Alicia I think her name was, "assistant manager" said she would only comp one or the other, not both. I find this extremely unfair. As we couldn't eat the chicken because it was missing and we couldn't eat the salad because it has cilantro in the dressing. On top of that we were told you were out of hot sauce, but after calling the store manager said they did have some. Also, I asked Alicia for the GM and she did she didn't know his name that it should be on the receipt. Seemed odd that a "manager" would make us pay for 2 items that were missing and/or wrong and also didn't know the GMs name.?? Very disappointed with the whole experience. A manager should be able to rectify the issue, not ask the guest to choose which item they wanted refunded, when one was wrong and not edible and the other was admittedly forgotten by El Pollo. Poor guest service.

I checked online, and it says open went there. The doors were closed, and the time was 6 pm . I looked inside somebody sleeping on the bench, and the dog was wandering around and started barking on me. Somebody came out of the restroom and saw me and yelled, "Go to drive tru." I don't even want to join that long line of cars and specifically when they are keep animals inside where food being made.

Ewww!! Tried their birria tacos. Trust me when I say just don't. I think they use palm oil to fry their chips and tacos. Everything had that gross, bitter taste to it. The consumé was oily and bland. This location is pretty bad but this took the cake for worst food I've had so far in 2023.
