I went to get some food Thursday night and it was such a great experience. The girl worker was really professional and fast. My food was good and fresh love it . I definitely will come back . Thank you. Great managements and service.

Alexandra and Jason were AWESOME!!! Alexandra greeted me and took my order in the drive thru and I just got off at work at 330am. I ordered a Jumbo Jack and customized it: no cheese, no onions, extra tomatos, extra sauce of catchup and mayonnaise, and add an extra beef patty and that was it. Asked for my military discount at the window. I parked down the street on Sunland and my Jumbo Jack was AWESOME and everything I requested was in my burger and I was very satisfied!!! I did the survey on the receipt and added my reward points and saw an Oreo milk shake for free with $1 order, so I ordered online for a pick-up in the drive thru 2 tacos and my Oreo milk shake. Again AWESOME Customer Service and my tacos and shake were satisfying!!! Thanks Alexandra and Jason again!!!! Thank you for a great experience and 5 STARS!!! Definitely my favorite Jack in the Box late a nite!!

Its a Jack in the Box. I dont know what people expect from fast food places but I love this location. Staff is always friendly and I have never had any issues here with my orders. Its always warm and ready to eat.
Terrible experience at 3 am. Rude workers threatening to call cops if you ask them why the system is always down. Since Covid this place is has been nothing but problems consistently. You are more likely to run into a problem here than get your food if you even call what you get food. It’s always nasty at this time. Like it’s been left out for a few hours. And forget about fresh fries. What you will get is heavily salted concrete chips that taste nothing like what you would get during let’s say 12pm. Have made complaints in the past but nothing seems to be done about this.

Dead restaurant.Staff threatens to call cops if you ask questions why they never seem to work at nighttime. Very bad management. This place needs work but corporate seems to ignore it after many complaints already. We don’t expect top notch quality of course from jack in the box but what they serve and call food during nighttime is absolutely unacceptable.

Do not order food from these people. Consistently they withold the orders from delivery drivers until the food is cold or Uber contacts them asking what is the hold up. Consistently the food is digusting upon delivery. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Jack in La Canada.Simply because you hate your job doesn’t give you license to give borderline food poisoning to those who aren’t there in person to say something about it. Actual garbage human beings that work there late at night in the drive through as well.
