I feel like Tommy's is going down hill, they've been getting the orders wrong and barely putting chili on their chili burgers in top of that they are pre-packaging their chilies which dries them out, I use to eat here all the time but it's not the same anymore

3/15/24 Tommy's has always been a go to spot for me in Cali . Any location . Met family and got some good chili burgers and fries and was delicious as always . Great friendly service and all of our food ordered was all correct . This location has covered outdoor seating only but was a nice day out we didn't sit out We took to go . Enjoy !!!!

When I die and if I go to heaven there will always be a Tommy's nearby. The absolute best chili hamburgers and chili dogs, and the chili fries are to die for. I think probably most people in the L.A. area know about Tommy's but if you are from out of town and visiting, you simply have to go to tommy's.

The chili burger is a must try in Los AngelesPRO:- Great prices- Hot dogs here are plump and nice- Classic burgers (like burgers similar to In N Out)- You can ask for extra chili- No dine in, sit outside onlyCON:- Too many picklesSUMMARY:You can always get a lot here for very little. Hey folks, think twice if you purchased gift cards during the past holidays and got the "FREE" burger certificate with your gift card purchase. The FREE burger certificate expires February 1, 2024 however, the employees at this location have been instructed by Martinez NOT TO ACCEPT THE CERTIFICATES BECAUSE THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER! Is this manager a half-wit? There is clearly a printed expiration date on the professionally printed certificate. We purchased the gift card and now they aren't going to honor their own certificate? We were forced to pay full price for our food, got home and found they forgot our chili on the side and an order of fries. We called and asked for the Corporate telephone number......NOT SURPRISED.....they didn't have it! There obviously is no Captain running that ship. Should you encounter the same issue before your certificate expires, I suggest calling the corporate office to file a complaint. Tommy's Corporate - 626-357-9201.

Greasy but you know what your coming for , the chili is still the same old school recipe as far as I can tell and the service could be quicker but hey it's a great chili cheese burger or fries so it's worth the wait especially with the chilis on the side n some ketchup your set

Bomb bomb bomb. Only ever get the chili cheese dog and plain fries with pink lemonade and I have never been disappointed and the drive through is always quick and cashiers are always friendly.
