I'm sure the food is great but I couldn't find myself being able to eat after such poor customer service by staff including management. If this place ends up having to shut down or doesn't make as much profit as other places , it's NOT because of the food or location, ITS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND THE OWNER NOT TAKING THE TIME TO LOOK OR TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY...SMH

Again ordered 45 minutes ago for mobile pickup order.Came to drive through to pick it up the man at the window said there was no order. I asked him how there was no order when I ordered 45 minutes ago he says he doesn't know that it's still in the system to go park and he'll bring it out to me for him to come back to my car. Five minutes later saying that they didn't have what I wanted and had to substitute it beyond ridiculous!

DO NOT ORDER, THEY SERVE RAW CHICKENI use to love Popeyes but after these past few experiences I will never eat at a Popeyes EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. This establishment has never been great but was at least serviceable for a time. That all changed when they got under new management. The new manager is one of the rudest, greedy, and idiotic people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Me and my friend went to this Popeyes because nothing else was open. Shockingly, they messed up our order, I didn't think anything of it. They mess up almost every order. When we got home and opened our chicken we saw that about half of the tenders were COMPLETELY RAW. Not a little undercooked, RAW. Juice was dripping from them. We took them back, but the ignorant dimwitted manager refused to replace them. Saying that they were cooked. After a while he said that he could replace the uncooked ones. I SAID NO YOU ARE GONNA REPLACE ALL OF THEM, THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING NEXT TO RAW CHICKEN. He refused to replace our meal. I than asked for a refund to which he also refused. We were forced to pay for inedible garbage that we threw out. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND AN EVEN MORE DISGUSTING MANAGER. Please save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else, the gas station next door will probably provide you a better, cheaper, and non lethal meal. DONT EVER EAT HERE!

You could taste the overused old oil they friend the fries and the chicken in. Not looking forward to how I will feel after. Fries were DARK brown and pretty much inedible.
Unprofessional unmannered manager/supervisor insulting the Uber/DoorDash delivery driver for asking for the order that someone else picked up and trying to make you feel suspicious?Also never allow to use the restroom, and fooling the customers that "It's out of service" every day?They need a professional and proper training, even some crew members!!!Period.....

I went thru the drive thru around 4pm on Friday. The male employee was fabulous. It was my first time visiting a Popeyes so that first impression was appreciated.I ordered food for 3 people. We got sandwiches, fries, biscuits, and drinks. My sandwich was very good. Lots of white chicken. I liked the fries, just the right color and not salty. We will be back.
