Tasteless food!!! Waste of $50 Ordered lule and I specifically specified for my meat to be well done not only was it not well done my food tasted like alcohol. I was a returning customer to say the least.Definitely will no longer go here and will make sure our friends and family who would normally order from them not go back! HORRIBLE!

This is a gem place located in Tujunga city. It's a nice and cozy family owned restaurant with an amazing service and the best Armenian food. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they assisted me with a selection for my catering. All my guests loved the food; they provide very high quality and freshly prepared dishes. Loved all their cold and hot dishes, including the bbq. My kids are picky eaters and they tried all the appetizers and liked everything. Even their veggies were well prepared with good seasoning and crispiness. This is my new to go place for any big or small parties. We often order to go lunches for work or corporate events and they never stop amazing us with the service. Big thanks to the owner, Jerry, who always makes us feel welcomed.

My family needed a last minute catering services and literally within an hour and a half our food was ready for 10 people . The service was outstanding with fresh and healthy ingredients. Jerry and his lovely staff was able to put a delicious feast for my loved once to enjoy. I highly recommend the place and for sure we will be coming back for many more occasions.

They've changed the name to Villa a few years back and haven't updated the Yelp yet. I called in a to go order and wasn't aware of this when I drove over. I ordered two salmon plates and 1 beef plate. Total was $60 plus tax. The salmon plates didn't taste good and the rice was undercooked. I'd say 3/5 at most. The beef in my plate tasted good, was cooked right. The fries were total soggy after only a few minutes drive from work to their restaurant but still edible. The woman who took my payment was very unfriendly and rather cold. She emerged from an office (door closed) and quickly went back inside and closed her opaque door. It was definitely an unusual experience. I definitely didn't feel the food was worth the price, especially as there are a bunch of Mediterranean restaurants in the area.

So far I've been there few time and only tried the beef Lula kebab for takeout. The food isn't bad but the service is not the greatest!?

They don’t accept guests to dine in half the time, they say they take online orders but every single time the order gets canceled after one hour of waiting for your food. Don’t believe me, please, order something on line by any means you like, then wait for 45 minutes to an hour and the call you receive is the cancellation call from Grubhub or any other means you have place the order with. Worst, when you call, I’ll be damned if anyone answer.

This is definitely one of the most flavorful kabob restaurants I’ve been to. The quality and flavor each time I eat here doesn’t disappoint. If you’re ever in the area and want something that’s tasty and with very generous portions I’d advise you to come here.
