During the afternoon the service is good but from 9 pm onwards the man who runs the place is very rude, he does not answer the phone when you want to order, and when you go to the place and are talking to him he reluctantly answers yes. When you order a sandwich, you always say that the toaster doesn't work, you get angry at everything you ask for, and even today he said that there was no sugar for the coffee...in reality, he has very bad service...

Go hire more employees. On a Sunday morning you have (2) ladies only working. I know whoever the owner is doesn't care about the outside due to the dirt and trash left by the homeless. But at least hire more employees, or get some ventilation in there if you're gonna have people waiting over 15 minutes to move up one spot in line. It smells like ham in there.

Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day Morning. I'm really angry bc I ordered a specific box of "fancy donuts" because tomorrow morning is Valentine's Day. According to their Uber eats site, "fancy donuts" were supposed to come with Two bear claws, two cinnamon rolls, and two apple fritters. It's bad enough that Yum Yum donuts Doesn't even let you decide what KIND of donuts you want thru Uber eats... like if you want a dozen sprinkled, guess what: if they Are out of sprinkled donuts then you're not getting sprinkled, and you're not getting a phone call either - you're just getting whatever the hell they want to put in your box. And I know this because it's happened before. So this time I made sure to call. First, I added a tip to go straight to them (in addition to the driver) and then I called to say "hey this is me I just placed an order... instead of the two apple fritters can I just get two cream filled instead?" easy right? I thought so. And I thought she thought so too, because she seemed pretty pleased that I wanted a cheaper item in replacement for the apple fritter. I also specifically said, does everything else look OK? And she said yes so I'm thinking it's gonna work out. Well, take a look at the picture folks does That look appetizing to you? I didn't get any cinnamon rolls I didn't get any bear claws, at least not traditional bear claws: I got some BS chocolate bear claws that I didn't even know they made. And yes, I got my two cream filled donuts. Whoopee. But instead of my cinnamon rolls , they gave me two muther effin MUFFINS! OK who orders donuts but secretly Wants muffins? No one that's who! If you don't have cinnamon rolls, replace it with something sweet and glazed & cinnamony!!! Not old stale plain ass muffins!!! Oh, and I see you not answering your phone because you recognize the number from when I called earlier. that's OK I'm gonna keep calling till you pick up. I'm gonna call tomorrow too and talk to your boss and I'm not gonna complain about YOU specifically because I don't know you but I'm gonna complain. Bc this is not the first time it's happened and you guys Need to get your shit together together. You might be all like relax it's just donuts and to you I say YES, it's donuts. DONUTS. When someone decides to pay ridiculous service fees, and twice as much as they ought to pay at 9 o'clock at night for donuts, give them the right effn donuts. don't mess with our donuts!!!
