Worst food ever.. restaurant is out of KETCHUP.. wondering how they are running business… Employees are rude and shameless… Owner of this place should notice that your money is wasting and if you have enough money to waste please do something else rather than dragging other people wasting their time and money to this bad food.

This one worker always has door locked around 1pm and will not open door. Just happened again right now. We work in outlets so we go frequently so not sure why they do that. Burgers are good at other spots though.

This place will be out of buisness soon. Went with the family, one girl working the whole place. Was about 90 degrees inside no ac. Ordered 35 dollars worth of food, then sat outside because it was so hot inside. Burgers were done, when we bit into them they were all burnt to a crisp. Like really burnt! I went back inside to ask for a refund and the girl acted disgusted. Said she didnt know how to refund to my card and was short on cash in the register. I said she should call her manager. I waited for the manager to come to the store. When she arrived she did not know how to refund my money either. Promised me it would show up on my card within a few days. That never happend. Horrible place.

When I take my kids to the outlet we look forward to coming to this place. Today was different my food wasn't good. I got the family pack my wings were hard, my burgers were over cooked, and all my fries were cold and also hard like they have been setting there. I'm sorry but I'm not going to spent 40dollars to feed my kids food that taste like that. I will not get food here no more.

Didn't eat here BECAUSE...walked in and there was no menu anywhere to be found. The 2 employees we saw didn't make eye contact at all or offer assistance. While my group was standing there NOT being assisted, we saw the place was filthy. (Pictures don't capture what appeared to be stuff spilled on the floor and trash). Absolutely no excuse why the place wasn't being cleaned. Seemed that they were in the back on their phones, and could care less about their jobs. Hopefully the owner sees this. Also, before I posted this review, I didn't hide at all the fact that was completely unacceptable and all I got was immature backtalk. (P.S. I am business owner myself which is why I feel like this info is user important.)

Before even getting my food, Im knocking the place down due to cleanliness. Came in at dinner time. Me & 1 other customer. My picture of the door represents a lot of of what was going on in there. Walls. Counters etc

The worst fast food I have ever had! All the meat patties including the crispy chicken were so over cooked the texture was like beef jerky and the fries were sooo greasy. I like burgerIM but I’ll never go to this location again. This was the second time my food from here was bad!
