My wife and I went there for the first time. The staff greeted us and sat us pretty quick, probably because it was raining. I ordered the Throw down ribs and shrimp. My ribs were tasty and good. My wife ordered chicken and green beans. The pinto beans and bread are complimentary. I enjoyed it, they were a little peppery but overall good. The chicken, however was dry and little flavor. The tea was 24 oz I liked that but could not finish it. They have to do better.

Very disappointed with meal . We hadn't been here in a long time due to inferior food, thought we'd give it another try. Service was so-so. Every time waitress left us, we were wondering what country she had to go to to get tea, steak sauce, etc. We ordered combo of steak and fried shrimp.. Pinto beans ( rather flavorless), rolls which were ok, a small baked potato, a small piece of meat (again flavorless) and 4 fried shrimp. I don't know if Denny's has a steak meal, but if it does, this is what I imagine it looks like. Between our 2 meals, iced tea and tip, it came to nearly 100.00 dollars. Never again. Try Westwoods in Fresno, Cattlemen's in Selma, Tahoe Joes in Visalia. Better quality food for better prices.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying a reasonable price for a decent steak dinner, but for $35 a person and then another 15 for a drink I would expect much better than what this place offered. Start off with a fifteen minute wait so they could clean a table in a restaurant with only about 5 other diners, then ordered our drinks and food. We had ordered a salad and a soup for starters, waitress comes back with two salads one with thousand Island and one with ranch, asked who gets the thousand Island, I said I did then she gives the other to my wife. Told her that she had ordered a soup, so okay we get that handled. Then she brings us ice water, about another ten minutes go by and finally we get our drinks. Margarita tastes terrible. Tried eating one of the rolls and almost broke a tooth. After our meal was delivered we never saw our waitress again. The bus boy was able to get us a box, thought someone would let our waitress know that we were ready to get out of there. After an additional fifteen minutes I went to the hostess and asked if she wanted to collect my money, was told I would have to pay the waitress. I said this is enough I went back to tell my wife that we were leaving and suddenly my waitress showed up. I used to really like this place, but NEVER again.

The prime rib was seasoned to perfection & tasted amazing. I also had the mashed red potatoes & chicken pot pie soup - deliciousness! We ended the meal sharing a huge Cowboy Cookie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup. I had plenty of leftovers to enjoy this meal again. The staff was friendly & checked on us frequently. You could carry on a conversation without yelling - a nice atmosphere. Will I go back? YES!

If you’re traveling through, I would not stop here. We stopped for dinner. A burger meal and a kids meal took almost 2 hours to receive and didn’t even look to be prepared until I asked about needing to cancel it. I didn’t even get to eat the food , it went straight into a takeout box to get back on the road. The staff were nice. The wait was just inexcusable especially considering that there were not very many people dining.

I love cool hand Luke's. Have been here about 3 times already. If you want good affordable steakhouse without breaking the bank. This is it. They have a great happy hour menu with cheap drinks and apps. I am a sucker for a happy hour menu. The bread here is sooo good! They keep them coming if you ask for it. Baked beans is pretty good too! And their baked potatoes all come with that special that comes with a small sirloin. Fills me up. Not to mention their kids menu! The ribs is soo good I thought about ordering a kids meal myself next time. The ambience is good not too loud and I always sat in the bar section too. The service has always been good all the waiters have been nice and on top of it. I will always come back.

If I'm in the area, I swing by for a takeout order of the bread pudding. It holds up well and is delicious! The place has a nice ambiance. The times I have eaten in the restaurant have been pleasant and the servers have been attentive.

I was treated to dinner by our manufacturer company. I had never been to this place before and I can tell you other than the wait time I was not disappointed at all. But they do have couches you can sit on while waiting and trust me you do not want to get up oven you’ve sat down. I had a steak ? and hot potato ? very very delicious!!! My steak ? was cooked to perfection medium rare ? I am not a big fan of hot potatoes but this one was tasty great job to the cooking team

Not sure they even use the 2 person tables very much since they almost always seem open but we've never been seated at one. Enjoy most of the menu but the prime rib and ribeyes seem to have lost something over the last year... Maybe different cows? Different chefs/cooks? Overall, an enjoyable place to eat but for a steakhouse, I expect more from the steaks.
