First time visiting and I promised a Review.The Tri tip 6 inch with Jack cheese was fire the fries were very crispy and not drenched in fry oil. Got myself a starry and mixed some lemonade. For a first time experience this food place here is definitely something to go writing home about. I have seen some complaints of 1 star from others but Idk how those can even be valid.My food was amazing and filling as heck. The only complaint I had was the service did move a bit slow but the two young ladies Paisley and another young lady idk why I can't remember the name when they both told me before I left about 40 minutes ago. The wait was worth it cause my food was great. These 2 young ladies were on a gah dang roll putting out food like that.I will be coming back in the near future.

Would like to bring to owners attention the service or lack of service I received prior to closing on 6-1-2023 at the Tulare Hillman Location, after approaching counter was informed that the shop was out of fries and lettuce? My family has enjoyed this establishment since it opened but the staff has continued to act inconvenienced and insincere on our last few visits, lack of MANAGEMENT ( OWNER ) presents! No accountability. I would rather go to Visalia’s Pickled Deli at least they smile and Thank You for coming in, or visit the outlets and pay twice the money at TOGO’s. Ken T.

Customer service and food quality sucks. No greeting just demand for order when I was placing order employee kept staring at the door wasn’t paying attention. They don’t know how to make sandwiches seriously they put burnt black chicken on my sandwich. When I spoke to the employee regarding she gave me chicken in little container like seriously how do I put chicken on sandwich now? They don’t have any utensils. Awful don’t waster your time and money.

If you like lint on your buns come here! I ordered a turkey on Dutch crunch bread & noticed it was covered with lint! Top and bottom buns. I took it back and let the employee know & his reply was "I don't see lint" I kindly asked if I can have it remade. His answer was "I guess." Didn't apologize or anything. Very rude staff. Also while we waited for our food I noticed the store was very dirty all table tops hadn't been cleaned. They brought my new sandwich to the table and noticed it still had lint. I didn't complain again but this is a serious health issue. Sandwiches shouldn't have any lint! Cross contamination here! I will be speaking to the manager and health department about this.
Compared to bad reviews, I thought the experience was good. Overall, the sandwich was good. It's a place for people who like meat, they put a lot of meat in the sandwich. It was a little bit expensive for the size though, although the amount of meat justified it. I really enjoy they have a sprouts option. I would recommend keeping a fresh inventory of bread. I was excited to order Dutch crunch bread but it was dry and hard.

I've been to the Deli Delicious in my home town and enjoy eating there. It's a little pricey but it really is a high end sandwich that's worth the price. At this location my 12 inch sub had a $3 added charge which I didn't think to ask about until after I'd already paid. The cashier was unsure as well and had to look. I was charged $3 dollars (that's 20% on a $15 sandwich) for honey mustard. The sandwiches were good and the staff were pleasant, I just wanted to warn other people to be careful which dressing you choose. Had I been warned ahead of time, there is absolutely no way I would have paid extra for dressing!

Came on my lunch and only one employee was clocked in taking orders and making orders. During this time, customers were leaving due to the long wait. I felt bad for the kid left by himself. He seemed very stressed. When employees came in later, he was asking for help due to someone named Maddie leaving him to go get benches because they were missing in the dining area. The way everyone communicated was unprofessional, they spoke everything out loud in front of customers.

Food is usually good. Just wish when I order a sandwich and ask for sprouts and then get told “it already comes with them” that they’d put them. Come home to see they didn’t put sprouts on a vegetarian sandwich that “includes “ them. Fries are also always soggy which is unfortunate cause they do have the potential to be amazing. Otherwise food is decent just check your order before you leave.

It seems as though I see commercials for Deli Delicious about every five minutes, so I decided to stop in today and pick up some lunch. The restaurant was quite busy during a Saturday noon hour which surprised me due to its hidden location in a shopping center. I was quickly met by someone to take my order. Apparently, I was placed on a need to know basis because this guy was not the least bit helpful. It was actually pretty uncomfortable, and I just wanted away from him as quickly as possible. I placed my order for a Tri-Tip & Jack Sandwich on sourdough and made it a combo , then sat at a table while I waited. The table looked as though it hadn't been cleaned that day, and as I scanned the drink area. It looked pretty disgusting too. There weren't many employees around , in fact, I only saw 2, so perhaps they were under staffed. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I also doubt that I will return to this location. The only reason for the 3-Star is because of the sandwich. It was the best sandwich that I've had in a while.
