The online hours never match the hours actually open. It's frustrating to try and eat at this location. Just Today for example, online said open, the sign outside said open, yet when we walked in, we were advised it was closed. This has happened multiple occasions. At least change your online hours to reflect the very few hours you are actually open.

We own a business downtown and I order from here for lunch. They are always very friendly and make a great sandwich. I usually order to go but they do have a very nice clean area where you can stay and eat there. The staff are very friendly.

First time trying out this little deli shop in town and wow the sandwich I had was amazing! The customer service was on point and I did not feel rushed what so ever. Very friendly, clean and delicious like its name! 10/10 recommend will definitely be coming here more

Seems to be the same theme here, almost every review says they give you only one slice of meat and sure enough my mom goes in to buy and sandwich and it only had one slice of meat. Not going by the corporate standards!!

Had to try a new location from the previous location one I used to work at. Great service. Clean and the sandwiches were great. Always a great place to grab some beer battered fries.

I called at 3:42pm, the girl who answered said, "Um just to let you know we close in 15 mins." I said that was fine because I would be there in 5 mine. She then proceeded to tell me that they were only doing cold sandwiches so I couldn't order anything hot, which was what my husband wanted. The hours said open until 6pm. If you don't want my business just say so. I called the other location on Hillman and ordered there. I won't be using this location ever again. Bad customer service, inconsistent hours of operation. I gave 2 stars because the girl who answered wasn't rude, but the interaction itself was off-putting.

I don't recommend the location on Hillman . The food was good but the service sucked. Not very friendly at all. I did order pick up and the guy in sweats and cowboy boots brought out my order wasn't very friendly. Made me feel like I was inconvenienceing him. Even though my food took long than they quoted. I won't be back.
Placed a 40$ delivery order and never received my food. Called the store and they said "it's out of their hands". I asked for a refund and they stated that "Its on my end to take care of". As I was sitting on the phone outside of the restaurant the employees were laughing and making unpleasant faces as I was re ordering my food. This whole ordeal took over an hour. I placed my order @548pm and didn't receive my food I had to pay for again until 700pm. Terrible customer service and terrible employees with terrible attitudes.

I stopped at this Deli Delicious location for a late lunch. I wasn't sure what to expect because I only noticed the 1.5 star rating after I placed my order when I was checking in on the Yelp. It was well after the lunch rush so the restaurant was empty. I'm happy to say that it was spotless as opposed to the other DD location across town. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee who that helped me with my order. It appeared that she was manning the store by herself until another employee came inside. I ordered the Tri-Tip Steak Sandwich on sourdough. I went with a combo with chips and drink. The sandwich was made beautifully and as ordered. The sourdough roll was delicious but probably the wrong choice for this particular combo. I will definitely try this location again. Four stars because of the poor selection of chips.

Do not go to this location! The food quality is below zero if I were to pick this deli delicious or the worst subway in existence, I would pick the worst subway. Save your money, go to the Deli Delicious in north to Tulare! I don't know what this owner does, but he definitely does not follow Deli Delicious standards!
