This place is great!!!! Great food !!! Great service!!! Not sure why the rating is low but I disagree! The restaurant is cute and the ambiance is perfect! I'm very judgmental of with Mexican food because I cook Mexican food and this food is very authentic to a home cooked meal! Thank you to the employees they are amazing and super friendly!

I love coming here to eat. It is very good quality Mexican food can't go wrong with the shrimp burrito. It has rice, shrimp beans in it. And a very signature sauce that they blend and put into this burrito which gives it a nice, almost sweet taste one of my favorite parts about this place is their desserts. Their flan is very unique and has a very distinguishable taste. I would get this every time I go I give this place a five out of five.

Went to Figaro‘s today like I always do every week and all of a sudden they are not offering pico de gallo. They claim that the price of tomatoes is too expensive and they are selling it by the soda cup. Which is extremely retarded. Why would you not just sell a little Portion instead of a 24 ounce cup. None of that makes sense and sounds a little shady. Makes me think of what else is going on behind closed doors.

The cashiers were rude. The steak burrito was $14.88! And the taste was frankly not authentic Mexican. How is it one can pay $10 for a steak burrito in LA of all places with its high prices and this place in Tulare charges almost $15. I'd let it go if the taste was great, but it's not. It's prepaid unauthentic Mexican food. Will be a pass if I'm ever in Tulare again.

Pork was dry, asada had good taste, shrimp was good but only 3 in the taco. 3 tacos and a soda for 20 bucks. There's a bunch of Mexican restaurants in the area where you can order fajitas for the same price that are three times better.

Really bad food! I order the enchilada plate with black beans. I didn't eat it. It didn't have any flavor, not even salt.
Food is okay, but will never get my business or many others again. They now charge for using credit/debit. Instead of just being straight fwd about it, they have a very deceiving/confusing sign on the register. They don't even care if it was a $400 order, manager won't even return a phone call.

95 % of the time I call and order to go, 75 % they have put me on hold. I call because I am in a hurry, I don't want to be placed on hold. 50% I have wait more than 5 minutes or longer and have to hang up because I am out of time. Love their food, not their "please hold" when you call to go
