The food has a homemade feel in the best way. Very fresh and tasty! The only downside was our waitress. I've never had an experience like I had with this waitress. Her name was Bernie. She was very cold, did not smile, and was not curtious in any shape or form. I don't expect to be treated like royalty at any restaurant obviously, but at the least I expect kindness. As we were checking out she hovered over me while I was writing the total, making it uncomfortable while I left her no tip. I wish her personality and people skills were as good as the food.

Over the years I have visited the place a good number of times, and used to really enjoy my meals. A few months ago the food went from very good to very greasy. The place always seemed clean and the service was prompt and friendly. I hope they can get back on track.

Rude waitress. Seemed like i was bothering her when i walked in. She was sitting in the back and had to get up to seat me and my guest. Then when i asked about the specials, she referred me the board and windows where i could go get up and read them. First and last time eating here.

The unfriendly lady (Berne) who seated us and took our drink order then never came back to our table until it was time to pay. Our waitress Christina was much more welcoming. We received our food before we even received our drinks, the hostess either forgot about us or never communicated our drink order with our waitress. It would have been nice to enjoy our coffee while we waited a good amount of time. We both ordered the Eggs Benedict which were delicious and very filling. The food is really good here if you can match the service it would be a fav spot of mine. So top it off as were leaving I told the lady at the counter (Berne) Thank you! She didn't even look up just said mmhm.

Jeb's has always been my family's favorite breakfast place to go to. They're food is delicious and they serve big portions. The reason for the two star review is that recently their customer service has gotten worse. At first I realized they we're short handed and busy. I dismissed the slight rudeness because the waitresses were probably tired and over worked. But today my family and I go to have breakfast and luckily the place was almost empty. We asked for a booth and right away we feel the rudeness. We were seated immediately but without a kind greeting from our waitress. She gives us the menus then leaves without taking our drink order. We waited patiently several minutes as we watched her received other guests and seat them. Then she takes their drink order while we still waited for her to return. We felt as if we weren't welcomed there so we got up and left. They saw us all get up to leave but never made any attempt to see what the reason was. I sure hope management fixes the customer service issues in this place because I'd like to keep eating there. If you don't mind the rudeness and bad service, and you want great food, go eat at Jeb's.
