We ordered tostilocos and cucumber water, they were both very good and the customer service was great. Comparing to other places the prices were good for the portions that we received. Everything tasted fresh, we enjoyed it.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! My first time going to this place we Went 10 minutes before closing time 9:00pm and the lady closed the door right infront of my husbands face ! management needs to do something about their employees.

Negative 5 stars. They finally have nice girls working there I will say that, however the environment is super dirty, and I’m sorry but I just don’t get the hype ? I don’t like any of the items sold. It’s my fault really for coming after I’ve told myself not to come. The ice cream is like watered down, idk ??♀️ it’s a hard pass for me. Gold star ⭐️ for better employees though ??

This place has great desserts and lots of sweet treat creations. This is a Mexican creamy but they have something for everyone. They offer samples of any flavor ice cream/sherbet you'd like to try so you always know what you're getting. The staff was generous, kind and attentive.

Horrible costumer service, The older lady working their Saturday afternoon March 18 was extremely rude. After charging us twice for a raspado she rolled her eyes and gave us a refund. I later commented that it was realy sweet hoping she suggest another flavor she sarcastically said "what do you want me to do ,add water " and continued mocking us as we left. I have always came to this place with my family and never encountered this horrible service!!

Arrived at 9:30pm since the hours say they close at 10pm. It would be great if hours were updated especially if people are looking for a late night spot.
