Lazy workers. I went to drive through around 950am I ordered 2 mcmuffins a hashbrown and a large frappe I used my free large frappe coupon when they give me my order I tell her I ordered a large and as I'm looking at my receipt she's already holding her head like she's mad i asked if id be able to get. Alarge because the reward was for a large and she said she has to ask her manager .she asked and opened the window took my small frappe back and had me park for it her attitude shows she did not care about customer so I'm pretty sure she just threw the small frappe in the large sloppy food and horrible service .The girl at the window who took payment was nice and patient.

My French Fries and Big Mac were ice cold. Large Fry container was only half full. Did not get my Large Sprite with my Big Mac meal. I was given a Large Coffee instead?! ? The total price including taxes, other fees and delivery fee was almost $22.00. Also my order was supposed to be delivered within 15 minutes but ended up being 30 minutes. Never again will I have my food delivered. I will go into McDonald's and order so I have more control over my food and how quick I get it! Lesson learned!

The lady who was brought out our food was very rude. She didn't seem to want to work at all. She didn't bring us our full order, she rolled her eyes over being told then questioned us as she was still just standing there seeing that she didn't bring it all out, then she took our receipt so she could get the rest of our order but decided to send someone else out to bring us the rest of it. Our whole wait time here because of her was literally an hour & half our food was already cold which is ridiculous!
Customer service is at its lowest since COVID-19 hit the USA at most of the restaurants , however this McDonald's in Tulare Cal on prosperity St there is an individual that gave my wife and I the outmost warmth welcome and very attentive to us , I personally would like to thank ( Maribel Torres) for attending us with a great smile.... McDonald's great job on having this kind of employees on the payroll........ Hector...

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, they are pretty much all the same. Sometimes you get great service, sometimes not so much. It’s the same where ever you go and at all the fast food restaurants. This visit was not exceptional in anyway. My grandkids like McDonald’s so I’ll definitely take them back. I like the app and the online coupons.

The breakfast sandwiches were literally thrown together, and the coffee was terribly stronger than their norm. I asked for extra cream and sugar in case what I requested they put in the cup was not enough, and they gave me 2 of each (not near enough to mask the bitterness). Every time I go here just lately the quality of food is so disappointing. I'm not sure I want to continue wasting my money on a disappointing meal.
