I was hungry and bcuz of prior bad service from Sierra mini mart so I sent a friend to get my sandwich. Well I order a ROAST BEEF n cheddar medium sandwich. He gets back I’m so hungry that I had almost ate the whole sandwich before I realized it had no ROAST BEEF on it. They say bring it back so they can see. Well I have no receipt n I doubt they will do anything for my friend when he takes it back in 90 degree weather. Back n forth I’m hungry now.

The customer service was awesome ?. I needed a platter of sandwiches ? and they made it in less than thirty minutes. I appreciate they way they handled my order with care. Thanks Port a Subs Family!!Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetables in the store and they are fresh.Parking: Parking has lots of space for your car.Kid-friendliness: They speak to your kids and also are very friendly to you as their customer.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs in the front of the building.

Amazing food great service they were polite and overall a 10/10 spot

Ordered sub online, went and picked it up. Lady working at the time seemed bothered that I tried to get her attention to pick up my order. Grabbed my sandwich bag and proceeded to leave when I noticed my chips were missing. Went back in and again she seemed bothered when I asked her about the missing chips. She told me to grab whatever was in the front and she walked out the door. When I got home my food was a mess. Overstuffed and soggy. The worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I tried eating it as I wasn’t going to waste the money I had spent on it. Everything was falling out. What a mess!

Stopped in to get gas and something to eat when I witnessed a very Obese employee of Port of Subs cussing out a customer. I've never seen this before. I will never shop here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the first time eating at a port of subs. Not bad at all. Very tasty sandwich and a good spread of combinations. And the brownies here make the fat kid in me cry with tears of joy.

They messed up my online order and gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. Then when I told the girl she looked at me and said, no that's what you ordered. She didn't even offer to fix it, and I was on my lunch break and didn't have time.

Will never be back to a port of subs again. The employee didn't have a clue wth she was doing. Bread was very hard and veggies were old, especially the tomatoes. Plus I got the xl for the promotion and I still got charged $20 and not $17. I'm sticking to subway.

I've been to the one on Prosperity and have always loved it. If it weren't for the sweet and friendly trainee Hannah, this location would of received 1 star. The trainer I'm assuming named Jose approached us after Hannah had made two sandwiches already with a disgruntled face and snappy attitude. I'm really hoping this young lady rubs off on him and teaches him some customer service skills. Keep up the great work Hannah! YOU did great!

I have order platters from this location 4 times. I have had only once did I have Problem. And it wasn't the food. My problem was with one female staff member. She was very rude. And she no longer works here. Thank goodness. I shopped there a lot. And bought many single sandwiches.After I orded my platter from the manager Eric. When I picked it up the next the lady tried to charge me more money. I asked when did their prices go up? She replied they didnt. I said I ordered this the day before. She responded well that's the price. I stood my ground and told her she could call Eric. She said I'll give it to you at the price quoted. Lol? Need less to say I told Eric Couple weeks later.After not going back in the store for a couple weeks ,They asked why I wasn't coming in. I told them why, They said she was fired from to many complaints. Well done port a sub. I will and have been back.
