Service was fantastic, 5 stars for service! Our server was polite and courteous, she made sure our table had everything we needed. Im giving 4 stars for the sizzling steak enchiladas they're definitely not what they used to be but still good enough to eat.Parking: The parking tends to get full quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: Located at the front door, but limited spaces.

I was mad and disappointed we had guest coming from out of town so I ordered the Party Platter today monday March 11th . A $60 dollar tray was given to me on a long rectangle foil tray all the food was not lined up properly it was poorly placed and looked as a kid made the tray. I was looking forward to the round tray with dividers to keep all the items separated!! My guests had a hard time separating the items they wanted. It was embarrassing!! Not at all like the pics they advertised and my past orders . If they run out of trays they should tell the customer and let us make the decision if we still want to order in Tulare or we take our business to the Visalia one!!

I use to love this place, it is so dirty now. My go to plate is/was enchiladas poblanos and they were sub par. They were cold and tortilla was hard as a rock. My butter knife could not get through them. My beans tasted sour and rice was weird tasting. Our service from our waiter was average he was trying, The loud ass waitress was so annoying that she was detracting from the whole experience of me dining out! Hope they get it together soon!

Went to Que pasa and very disappointed. The waitress who took our order was Hispanic and long pointy tail older gal. She took drink order and took 25 minutes to get our drinks. I had to wave her down, because she was to busy laughing out loud with the manager. She came over and I asked her about our drinks. She oh n laughs out loud and said I forgot. I order a combo beef enchilada with chili relleno. Nasty and tasted like a TV dinner gone bad. Took forever to get my tortillas and the bill. I only ate half of my plate one cause I was on a lunch break n hungry . I got sick n threw up n got diarrhea! Never again will I go to Que pasa again and for sure will not recommend it. Name Que Pasa exactly what happened!!

Recently my sister and I went for lunch to this Restaurant. I went there before a few years ago and the food was ok . Well, I was so surprised, the food was much less than ok and the prices were higher. If the food had been good I wouldn't have been so disappointed. I gave the place 1 star because the service was acceptable and friendly.

The food is good but sometimes the meat is burn like it was reheated. They have also gotten very stingy on the size portion of the fresh guacamole, it used to be a big portion size for how pricey it is but now it's just way overly priced for the very little amount they serve you. Every server makes the alcohol drinks all differently. The watermelon margaritas are good if made the right way & exactly how they advertise them but most of the time they switch how it's actually made; too no salt, no mint leaves, a bunch of tajin on the rim of the cup & on top of the drink, full of ice & watered down. Definitely not worth it anymore! The rice is a bit oily, the portions have all gotten smaller & the carnitas are delicious as long as they don't burn them.Parking: Shared parking, kind of difficult to find parking nearby.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal but there is a bar inside so honestly it's not really a place for kids because there's always a lot of people drinking in here.

We went in the lady making the tortillas was at the bar talking with the other girls. She walks passed us glance at us and walks back to her station. She did not great us or nothing. Drinks took about 15-20 min to come to the table. Food was not all that it's more Americanized. The rice tasted like microwave rice it was hard. This is not authentic Mexican food. My daughters hot wings looked like dam turkey legs how big they were. They did not eat them. And what really did it for us they charge them self the tip. It's not like they were bringing us drinks they only came once to check up on us. But come on to charge your self $20.00 dollar tip that's bull. It was just my husband and I and our 3 kids.

I went to this place with my friends and the service was horrible. The waitress took forever to give us refills and never checked on us when we needed something. I had to get my own things in I needed them. When a refill was asked for, the waitress would take forever and she was sitting at a booth next to us talking to her other coworkers instead if working. The food wasn't the best. I've definitely had better. Don't waste your time!!
