The girl gave me the wrong order. No big deal. I told her it wasn't what I ordered. She immediately starts arguing with me. I told her again no I didn't order this. She snaps at me "fine I'll switch it." Idk why I'm getting attitude from the employee when she messed up - just fix it and move on.

I didn't realize this was a chain when I stopped off the highway.Based on the high reviews I was expecting better coffee. what we realized was that they serve a lot more than coffee like a Dutch Brothers and the reviews are based on all of those things as well. The coffee is pretty much on par with Starbucks which is not fantastic but not terrible.The menu is also confusing in that the items that you can get on what looks like the children's menu are actually just non-caffeinated. They can be ordered in any size for any person.

It was my first time here... and honestly... I prefer it over StarbucksLoved the Carmel Butter drink (its limited time. I don't quite remember the name I apologize) it came with a little chocolate coated coffee bean. I thought I wouldn't like it, but it tasted really good!Quick and easy as well

Would give 5 stars but had a bad experience today. I ordered an iced matcha latte & the cashier asked if I wanted cold foam in it, which never happened before. I didn't get the cold foam. Igot my matcha and it tasted nasty like the way old rotten pumpkin smells. I got a feeling that's why she asked if I wanted cold foam in it to try and cover up the old taste ?.
drinks were alright staff was being rude when we asked flavor for the horchata even though we asked for strawberry horchata they didn’t put it in there.

The service here at this location is very poor, unfriendly staff that makes you want to avoid them and go for a Starbucks instead across the street. Which are more professional and welcoming. People here are very cold and not friendly at all! I've given them a few chances to see if every experience was the same but it seems like everyone here is miserable and unhappy with their job. Also, Their hot brewed coffee has an after taste, like tap water. Couldn't finish it. The one start is for their good cold brews.
