Family ordered French Dips, and something was seriously wrong with them. Beef appeared to have gone bad, they smelled terrible, and at least one member got food poisoning. They clearly need to improve their food quality standards.

They messed up our sandwiches after we repeated the order back to her numerous times. Even giving us the wrong size sandwich. They messed up the order in front of us resulting in a 20 minute wait.

Sigh.. I hate having to come here and leave a bad review, but it’s necessary because at this point it’s about our health. I ordered the new roast beef French dip sandwich and the meat had gone bad. I don’t know where to link this problem to. I did feel a little awkward from the start. Example, I did notice lack of hygiene from the staff but maybe my opinion of “good hygiene” is particular to my expectations. I didn’t want to be unfair to them by judging too soon. I didn’t get to see where the beef is stored, because it sits behind a high bar. Was the beef cooked in the morning and left out all day? Was it cooked yesterday? Quite possibly. Before I took the first bite, I dipped it in the dip. Something tasted odd so I tried another bite without the dip. It was not the broth. I will say, the rancidness was cleverly hidden under the toasted bread and chipotle Mayo. So, to avoid misjudging, I asked my fiancées opinion. He took a bite, and he spit it right out and proceeded to toss the whole thing away. He encouraged me to leave this review. So after thinking about it for a couple of hours, here we are. So maybe me being “judgy” at first was my intuition giving some signs. All in all, I will never order a sandwich from them again.

Togos used to be awesome. Now 13.00 for a large roast beef sandwich. Barely any lettuce, I asked for extra pickles and got none at all. No spinach, no cucumbers, no deli or dijon mustard when you used to have all those things. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I came here because I had a craving for a hummus veggies wrap. I hadn't had one from togos in a long time. I walked in and realized it's a very small place with both Baskin Robin's and Togos inside. There was a line for ice cream, but I was the only one in there for Togos. I had to wait a couple minutes to be helped. Not a big deal. Finally a lady comes to help and I ask if they still have a specific wrap I used to order. She said no and recommended one similar to it. I said that's fine. I asked if I can alter it a little and she said ok and asked what tortilla I wanted. I asked if they had the spinach tortillas and she seemed confused. I said the green ones and she still seemed confused so I just said whatever it doesn't matter. She grabbed a tortilla and when I started telling her what I didn't want in the wrap, she told me then that I couldn't alter it.. after she had just told me I could. So I ended up just saying nevermind and walking out. A should be simple experience turned into a kind of annoying and disappointing one. Hopefully if I decide to walk in and give them another shot, I'll have a better experience.

Worst sub sandwich I've ever had! Togo's is normally one of my favorite sub places, and because there aren't many, I always look forward to having it. The bread at this Togo's (Tulare outlets) was so stale I couldn't even eat it. I was splitting a sandwich with a friend and I assured him that Togo's has good wheat bread. Boy, did I have to eat those words, but it was better than eating that disgusting bread! The rest of the toppings were fine, but the bread ruined the whole sandwich.

Great place for sandwiches or also for good & health food.

I would think of myself as a connoisseur of Italian sandwiches. I love them; favorite sandwich of all time! So seeing that TOGO'S in Tulare finally delivers to us in Visalia was amazing! The Italian to me first started off "incredible!" One of the best in my opinion, but.. then slowly started to decline into just "alright." It needed more dressing, maybe some pepperoni for an added spiciness. Plus this one came with Black Forest ham, I'm not a fan of Black Forest ham. But the bread was fantastic, the Italian dressing was one of the best I've ever had! Pro Tip: ask for more Italian dressing when ordering an Italian from here. I think TOGO'S didn't get a fair shot down here in Visalia. I feel like having to drive to Tulare for a sandwich kind of sucks, but it's worth it. Yes they can be a little pricey, but they pack these sandwiches full of meat! I got a 9 inch sub and couldn't even finish it! Such a good underrated sandwich shop!

I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and damnnnn it was good. First time trying this place, not disappointed! Will come back if I'm in the area.

The sign on the outside of the door says that Togos closes at 9pm but the last two times that I've went there to get food they've told us they close at 8:30pm. When I asked them why there sign says they close at 9pm they told us they just changed it. Is that not false advertising...?

I used to enjoy going here, I came recently, not sure if they got bought or something…. It’s horrible condition now, it’s sad… workers were nice but looked over worked

The last 2 times I have gone they stopped making sandwiches early. The first time it was 30 mins before closing and I was told they were no longer making sandwiches. I went tonight and called first just to make sure and I was told yes they were making sandwiches still (I called when i was in the parking lot of Starbucks). It was 55 mins before closing. when I walked in the girl told me no they weren't and that she had just finished washing all the dishes. If you guys are going to close down the Togos side early put up a sign. I was really disappointed
