Frustrating to pull up, push the door & find it locked with a sign that reads, Not open until 11:00a.m., then getting in the car, driving up to place your order, to be told breakfast just ended at 11:00 a.m.Covid is over! Why can't we go back to business as usual?!

Don’t know how you forget to put lettuce tomato mayo on a burger. I didn’t ask for it plain and I asked for sweet and sour sauce not ranch. This staff put minimal effort as if it was done intentionally. Wendy’s makes the best fast food hands down! I hope it can get corrected. I just left this facility by the way.

The drive-up window guy was rude & seemed like he didn't want to work, he claimed we couldn't use the mobile app at all because their machines are broken (this is the same excuse every time at this location) & he didn't give us a receipt when he handed us our change back then he had attitude when we asked for the receipt. We ordered a medium chocolate frosty & they gave us a small & we ordered their chili beans & they were cold (as if they weren't even heated up at all, so cold the cheese didn't even melt on it & still didn't melt even after being mixed up together). We will definitely avoid this location for now on!

If you value your time or patience don’t come here.First off it took us 15 minutes to get through the line with two people in front of us, after we finally got to order, without being told the cost of our food, we went to the window to pay, got our drinks and then were told to wait on the curb for our food because they had a “rush” of 3 cars.When they finally came with our food 19 minutes later, our order was incomplete and wrong. We waited another 5 minutes for them to only get it wrong again. Then my wife had to go inside, because they were confused on how to get the order right. While my wife was telling her how unhappy she was, they were not even working on making the order correct, and LAUGHING at my wife, then they told her they already made her burger twice, when they would have only had to make it once, if they had paid attention to the order.Horrible service! I would have not left a star if I could have!

Beware... they have changed their hours. The dining room is open limited hours. We are on a road trip in a motorhome and didn't realize the hours were changed. Couldn't go through the drive thru. Had to find another place to eat. Spicy Chicken Sandwich

People are always very rude. Hardly get order right. They also like to close early. Says 11 but was closed at 9.Just left. I didn’t even complete my order. The lady was so rude and impatient. Poor listening skills.

I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger meal and both my son, daughter and I got food poisoning. DO NOT eat here! Save yourself from the stomach pain.

This place is awful! Poor service. Poorly prepared burger, and bland. I just now went through the drive-through and couldn't of been more disappointed when I got home and saw the Dave's Single Burger I was given. First, the guy taking the order, Jesus, could probably care less about customer service. He didn't confirm my order or mention the total amount due. He just disappeared.There were no cars ahead of me, but it still took 10 minutes to get my burger. I wish I would have checked my order before I left the parking lot because I would have taken it back and gotten a refund. First, there were no napkins in the bag. When I unwrapped the burger, it looked like it had just been slapped together. I opened it up to try to try rearrange the cheese that was falling out and discovered there was a pile of pickles and onions, even though I requested no onions, and the hamburger patty was charred and overcooked. After getting rid of most of the pickles and the onions, I took a bite. It was tasteless and bland. I could kick myself for not looking at the ratings this Wendy's location has received. It doesn't even deserve one star. It deserves to be shut down. The total amount of money I wasted here tonight $8.43, including tax. DON'T EVER GO HERE! BUYER BEWARE!Update: I called to complain to the manager, and after hearing my complaint he was silent. I asked him if he had anything to say, and all he could say was that he was on break from 8 to 8:30 pm. I pointed out to him that as the manager he still needs to make sure his team is doing a good job while he's on break, as well as the fact that he could also offer an apology for the poor service and product. I had asked for his name and the beginning of the call but I couldn't quite understand what he was saying and he refused to spell it out, when I asked again at the end of the phone call, he did say "Have a good day, sir." before he hung up on me.

Hammer Time

I ordered 2 burgers with a coupon, in the drive thru, they had a sign posted next to menu that any size soda drink was. 99. We ordered 2 drinks.The burger was 8 bucks so with the coupon it was 2 for price of 1, 2 sodas with that should have been around 10-12 bucks. Except they charged us regular price for the soda at 18 total. The cashier did not believe when we told her it was. 99 for each sode, even after bringing there sign to them and showed them . We were told that the customer is suppose to tell then the price upon placing your order.The manager said that promotion has expired.In the end they refuse to fix the price so we just got a refund. They were trying to keep our receipt. Horrible service and I blame the Manager for not properly training there employees.Don't do business there.This is not the first time I have had bad service there but will be the last time.
