The worst service ever!! Every time I order I have items missing… then I feel interigated when I let them know. I called the store about 30 times to tell them my sauce and 10 pc was missing, they never answered. I had to drive across town. I will not be going back to this location since everyone is incompetent and can’t get an order correct! On top of that my boxes were crushed and looked like they had just been thrown in there.

WORST WINGSTOP EVER!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service. I made a simple online order for a 20 piece order and I only got 10 wings with the WRONG FLAVORS. The contact information listed on the website AND Google does NOT give you direct contact to the store or help you in any way. I have no contact information to contact anybody so there’s a waste of MY MONEY. The manager that’s been there for +10 years has not done anything for the business. I don’t even know why or how she is still managing that place. This Wingstop is the most unorganized unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Save yourself a trip and do not waste your time or money and eat here. Get Taco Bell or BWW instead.

This restaurant has horrible customer service. The girl who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing her by coming in to place an order. She did not wash her hands before handing our order. The food was not that great. This was the first and last time we will be visiting this restaurant.

The times I have gone to place an order and always says "it's a 40 minutes wait". This place needs new staff and a manger who can run a smooth and affective shift.
