“I had a cranberry/orange scone, an iced latte, an organic orange juice, and a breakfast burrito. And man I was surprised how good they all were. I'm about 230, so I can say I like to eat and I've eaten enough to know when something is good. This is good! First time here, but definitely won't be the last.“

“Hands down our favorite local breakfast spot--we try to get up there every weekend—I think we’ve managed to get up there every week for the last year except for two or three….and, of course, we’ll have an random special occasion weekday lunch there as well. This is one of the few places where it’s hard for me to decide what to get—usually, I find my favorite thing and then stick with that forever. At Pinecone, nearly everything is spectacular, which is great for variety’s sake, but it definitely complicates ordering. I went through a Chile Verde Omelette phase for about a year, spent a few months trying out new dishes each week, and am now stuck on the huevos rancheros—and I have a hard time believing I will ever want to order anything different from them again since this one is a masterpiece. I absolutely detest black beans—at least I thought i did—but, having learned that nearly everything Robin makes is wonderful, I decided to just order it as-is, no modifications (except sour cream, of course, because, really, why would anyone ever want to put anything in their mouth with a name like ’SOUR CREAM’???)—and I wasn’t disappointed. Meh, that’s not a strong enough statement: I was completely blown away that a breakfast food that doesn’t contain bacon could taste so amazing! And, I hate to admit it, but it’s that magical black bean puree that ties it all together (well, that and the fantastic Chile Verde that’s in there). I’ve even started ordering my other dishes with black bean sauce added. I don’t know what’s in there, but the stuff is fantastic. Other dishes that are amazing that may or may not be quite as amazing as the huevos rancheros or Chile Verde Omelette include the corned beef hash and eggs, the chicken fried steak, the Denver omelette, the breakfast burrito (with or without hashbrown in there), and, if it’s on the Specials List that day, I always love the chorizo and cheese filled bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers that come with a fantastic ensemble of bonuses (several eggs, my beloved black bean puree, country potatoes, toast…). I still wanna try the Italian Omellette and the Country Scramble and a few others….will get there eventually. I love these guys so much that I often can’t resist getting an extra lunch to eat later—even reheated, it’s still better than anything I can make. They have once again managed to make a very boring-sounding sandwich taste incredible—I mean, let’s admit it, it’s just really hard to make a grilled chicken breast sandwich have much flavor at all, but I very often end up getting Pinecone’s Dijon Chicken sandwich—perfectly cooked chicken topped with honey bacon, dijon, grilled red onions, and gouda on a french roll that’s not too crunchy and not too squishy. Strongly recommend getting both the zesty slaw and the french fries with this one—they do both of those shockingly well, that I add them to most any lunch items I order from them. In fact, I drove up there the other day just to get four orders of that slaw! Sometimes, ya just know what ya want…. Other lunch items I commonly end up walking out of there with include the blond reuben—somehow, it’s just as good as their corned beef reuben, which I absolutely love. Again, I have no idea how they manage to pack so much flavor in a meat that is about as boring as they come—but they do! My wife often gets the Brown Bear or the Prime Rib French Dip. Oh! And I almost forgot the burgers! I love most of them—as long as you order them pretty well done, so you get that wonderful charred smell, you really can’t go wrong. My go-to burgers are the Patty Melt, and the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger—the latter has pretty much everything you could want on a burger, no need to modify it. And the bacon! I don’t know where they get their bacon from but it seriously is one of the best bacons I’ve ever had—this definitely ain’t no cheapo Oscar Mayer bacon! Okay, I could go on and on but I think I’m about to break the word limit! Pinecone is good. Pinecone is wonderful. Pinecone will make you happy. Their prices are fair—especially with the cost of eggs an“

“This family owned shop is well worth going a few yards further down Washington Street. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, the shop is super cute, and the menu has a great variety of sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and yummy baked goods. I always get the grilled cheese sandwich -- it's always so yummy! My son tried the championes empanadas, and we split the pasta salad. Everything was awesome. We especially enjoyed the thumb print cookies. Highly recommend!!“

“Never having been to this charming spot before, I was a little surprised at the style of service...aka, "hang outside and someone will come out to take your order" idea- used to be an old gas station, so there are a few places to wait in your car. A lone table sits outside for anyone wanting to linger, but given the closeness of the cars coming & going, I probably wouldn't. But my honey lavender latte was to die for, the lady working (think she may have been the owner/operator) was welcoming, friendly & fast!“

“Came here for a tea on a Tuesday afternoon. They were doing a brisk business. Order at the counter and they call your name when your drink is ready. I was excited to see London Fog on the menu. There were several tables and the ambiance was nice. The tea was good and staff were pleasant. They sell bags of coffee as well. Free Street parking in the historic downtown area.“

“Top of the Trail Tea and Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee or tea, especially during the Easter season. The decorations added a festive touch to the ambiance. However, the small menus behind the counter could be challenging to read, although the staff was accommodating and helpful. The coffee and Danish pastry were enjoyable, showcasing the establishment's commitment to quality. Yet, the limited seating space and uncomfortably high chairs detracted from the overall experience. Improving the seating arrangements could enhance customers' comfort and encourage them to linger longer to savor their food and drinks.Overall, Top of the Trail Tea and Coffee presents a promising setting for a leisurely break, with potential for further enhancement in customer comfort and convenience.“

“A few things I love the Soulsbyville Morning Ladies They are so Great and they make my drinks (coffee dayO whip& everything) I've ever tried to perfection I'm am Never disappointed when The Morning Crew is on the DayO. They are extremely pleasant and very kind to me and I'm always looking forward to seeing their happy faces. Excellent Attitudes and Great Customer Service Love Their Service and their Kindness Now for the next shift (afternoon girls) They sincerely have the worst attitudes They are not cheerful or even fake nice They act as if you're putting them out by ordering coffee They don't remember a simple drink order, have to ask several times "did you want whip cream " they take forever. And they do not care if they make your coffee taste properly. My order is always lacking when they make it. And I have to say this again Their customer service attitudes are not good at all . I'm giving a 5 star review because of The Morning Ladies and The Awesome skills that they have And for the record I know that the afternoon crew are very well trained so they should have better quality of work and quality of service than they do . I've been going to DayO for years but I had to write this review because of the fact that I want the Morning Crew to Know that I See Them and I See their Work Ethic in all That They Do Maybe the afternoon Crew will get their act together, if not for themselves But for the Business ‍“
