It "hit me in the brain" the other day, as I was pulling away & out from Walmart's Neighborhood Grocery Market; that my Review on this Mexican Food Restaurant, was not completely; complete & so I am updating it to reflect; the "Full Review Now"... The Pricing was way off here & the more I reflected on this information & how much I paid; the more, I became "Uneasy as a Full-Price Paying" Person... For an "average sized lunch not "luncheon" meal, I paid over $21 which included, a $3 tip which is "average for an average sized lunch". It's common for me to take some of my meal(s) home with me when I eat at a Mexican Food Restaurant and the same happened here; I dislike greatly, feeling bloated when I dine; anywhere, and so it went with my meal here; I ate half of it and took the remaining half home for left-overs & so it went... The more that I digested the reality of the pricing the more I realized that the ingredients, I consumed when dining on "1/2 of the Burrito" that the ingredients to make this burrito "probably costed about $5 when you "average out the amount of product by the number of people buying the product in their meal".......... So a $16 "PROFIT" on an average to SMALL lunch meal? Not a value at all. This is a "very very very SMALL town/city & as such pricing "should be" relative, to this well known "information"; it is not here. The carnitas were Okay. The carnitas place in hughson along santa fe is way better. I came one time for the lunch special and it wasn't anything special. If anything their prices are kinda ridiculous. $15 for chicharron with guacamole!? The service was great but honestly the prices are ridiculous which is why i probably wont come back.

Tried this place for the first time today. It was amazing! I got my food to go but you could tell the service was excellent. Super friendly. It was important to them to get the order right. The carnitas were some of the best I've had. The homemade tortillas are outstanding! I also had the chicharrones tacos. They are HUGE. Very good as well!

Service was friendly and attentive. Ambiance is simple but nice and clean. I loved the cumbia music that was playing. I got the carnitas salad bowl to go and it was delicious! Well balanced, flavorful, and a significant portion that left me happy and full. I had a michelada with Pacifico while I waited. The michelada was simple but good. Came in a large glass with a shrimp, and slice of Orange and chamoy over the top. I was also offered free chips and salsa which I gladly accepted. Great for a quick lunch meal and the carnitas are delicious.

Get the Fish tacos and Sopitas!! So damn good! Beans and rice were a bonus of yumminess. Everything is made fresh so there may be a little wait but totally worth it! Great service and amazing food!

I ordered the chicharrones seeing as they got some great reviews on it, but when I received my order they were cold to the touch. I ordered them to go, while the flavor was ok, they were cold and I was already driving home by the time I realized. And no they didn’t cool down on my way home, I live 5 minutes away, they were cold as if they’d been left out all day, not at all fresh. I’ll be trying somewhere else next time. However the guacamole was good so I ate that at home with chips, and the horchata was good as well. I can’t speak to the rest of their food but hopefully it’s not cold?

Loved it! Ordered ribs with mole sauce to go and they were fall off the bone delicious! Definitely coming back to try more of their items. Service was good, fast, and restaurant is clean. Prices are good, I hope Turlock supports them!
