Looks like I'm not buying tires from Costco anymore. 2nd bad experience. 2nd time buying full set of tires and I was accused of putting fix a flat in my tire and was told it had a nail. I know better to put fix a flat or put regular air in the tire. Tires were not low or flat but now they say I need another tire because of the fix a flat.... took it to Hughson tire and they fixed it :) found a new place to buy tires. Costco warranty disappointed twice.

I love this Costco! Even when there are a million people there the parking lot isn't too insane and the lines go quickly. I love it when they have taste-testing, which is basically all the time. The customer service is great, too! I've personally never had the food there but I've heard great things are the dining area is always packed!

The new churros are HORRIBLE!!! I love churros and loved the original one. The twisted one they have now is not good at all. They need to go back to ghe original one. They also got rid of the cashiers at the food court, but the pick up line is gigantic with 1 person filling orders. Pointless to pre-order

Had a cool experience at Costco they were able to provide a high end computer at a fair affordable rate. I love Costco they always have the new new, cant go wrong with costco got my self a msi ibuypower computer and it had good specs on it I'm at 2060 graphics card and its a fun fast pc with a rgb lights and if you like to game its very much more then capable of doing so. highly recommend Costco for having the lasted tech out there.

Costco in itself is a great store but we asked an employee a simple question and her response was rude and uncalled for. She got hired for a reason and it's her job to answer and if she doesn't know than she should politely say she doesn't know. The rudeness was uncalled for.

I go to Costco quite often and the last 4 times the employees at check out were not too friendly, but this time at check out William and I believe the other guys name was Cj gave us EXCELLENT customer service made us laugh while doing their job well I appreciate employees like that, 5 stars goes to them!

The pizza we got had hair on it . The person who gave us our food had an attitude issue . Worst service ever from all the Costco I have been to . Will not be coming back .

Had a bad experience, ive been to other cotsco and they let my support dog in with me and in this store a lady in the door treated me so bad she give me a bad actitud and i felt so embarrassed, i pay for my member ship like everyone and its not fair i also paid allot for my dog to be trained and i really need it for my held bad experience never coming back again !!!

Everyone has been very nice and helpful to me. The hearing aid department is excellent. Very very helpful and when you have an appointment they are on time. I've only had to wait a couple of minutes. The gentleman that does the hearing test is so nice, very polite and knowledgeable. I love to sees him as we laugh a lot. I highly recommend this Costco.
Simply put I love Costco! They come through when I need them. They treat me with royalty. Love the staff, hours and convenience. Thanks Costco!

Let me start off by saying I've been to multiple Costco locations. Never have had bad experiences, unless I am at this Turlock location. Whoever manages this location needs to have a serious sit down conversation about good customer service with their employees. It takes more energy to be rude to customers rather than smile and be nice. I didn't even get a hello out of my cashier this last time shopping, started ringing me up, I asked how he was, got zero response, handed me my receipt and kept on with the next person. It's never like that when I go to other Costco locations so I don't understand what's going on here, but something needs to change. I'll be traveling outside of the town I live now just to shop at another location I PAY TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP AT.

This review is for the Instacart Costco delivery service. For many, sheltering in place has become our new norm. We definitely want to do our part by staying at home and practicing social distancing. However, we all still need essentials such as food. Unfortunately there have been super long lines to enter Costco, which means a lot of people inside the warehouse which makes it difficult to practice social distancing. Enter the service of Instacart! I had visited Costco's website to see if they have a delivery service, which they do thanks to Instacart! The process could not have been easier. I installed the app, and began shopping from the comfort of my home. We were able to order the food items we needed with recommendations for substitutions for items that may be sold out. A delivery date and time window was selected and that was it! When the day of delivery arrived, we received a notice on the app that our shopper was shopping our list. We were able to see updates on progress and even received a text stating one of our items wasn't in stock, but there was another brand available if we would like. Certainly! After shopping was complete, we were able to view the location of our shopper On the app as she approached our home. Our shopper was very friendly and our items were packed with care. She also did an excellent job selecting good quality produce, which was something I was concerned about. While I don't know if this is a service we will use after shelter in place precautions are lifted, it has been a great service to my family during this time.
