Ordered for curbside and they never came out to bring the food. Waited 15 minutes to see if they'll bring the food but they didn’t so I then went inside to grab the food. What’s the purpose of the curbside if you have to go inside to grab it.

One of the worker in this place is so rude and mean , i ordered two Alfredo Pasta online and i called the store that make sure the pastas have enough Alfredo sauce because most of time pastas come dry and with much less sauce and she said you have to pay extra which there is no option in online to pay extra for sauce on Alfredo pasta and she hang up on me.

Ok, we were hungry for some Pizza and I have heard good things about the new Domino's by Dutch Brothers on Monte Vista, so ordered on line for pickup, was given a ready time of about 15 minutes, arrived and within 2 minutes pizzas were delivered to my vehicle, the pizzas were great, great price, excellent value, fast service, convenient, what's not to love!!! I highly recommend ordering on line and having the pizzas brought out to you!!

I'll be short. The premium chicken, bacon and mushroom pizza was pathetic. Look at the picture. I circled five pieces of chicken. To top it off, I was charged more for this premium chicken. Plus using the app, I was supposed to pay $8.99 a pizza. The two pizzas rang up $24.42. Even the receipt shows coupon but my pizzas sting rang up $22.48 without taxes. Do the math. Two pizzas should have rang up $17.98, not $22.48. That doesn't add up. Dominoes just padded their pocket with an extra $4.50. The funny part is I have called dominoes to complain about the fraudulent mark up. The manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Maybe we should look into this misrepresentation by dominoes.

I paid $81 for delivery with a $12 tip and the jalapeños were all butt ends so they were not edible. They had no Cesar salad so I got a house salad which was disgusting and had almost no cheese and a random thing of onions and only 3 baby tomatoes for over $10?! I would’ve rather save my money. What a waste of money on my part. I was also quoted 22 minutes and it got here in 1 hour and 47 minutes.. are you kidding me? I worked at Pizza Hut for years and they would’ve at least given a courtesy call that it would be late. But now I know not to waste money at this place. I usually choose this place with having celiac and never gotten sick off their gluten free but I would almost get sick eating gluten than wasting almost $100 on some horrible cold pizza with butt ends of jalapeños and the wrong salad. Also customer support is absolutely no help. Only “sent” my complain to cooperate rather than making things right. I would never buy pizza like that if I had seen it before hand. So second guess delivery here. They give below par pizza to deliveries to avoid the mayhem. So dissatisfied, so upset and so disappointed I spent so much money on horrible pizza and again the wrong salad.

Consistently HORRIBLE service! Last time, I ordered 4 hours ahead for a delivery for a party at 6pm. They did not deliver until 7pm. The app was stuck on "quality control," for 40 minutes.This is laughable since, this time, they delivered 30 minutes late on an order placed 2 hours ahead and STILL got it WRONG!The employee on the phone didn't listen and passed me to the inept Manager who misheard and misquoted me twice before actually hearing the issue and stating it would take another 45 minutes for a replacement!Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Where is the NEGATIVE star rating?

I ordered a pizza at around 11:30 I got my tracking information pizza was in the oven. Then by 12 I got an email saying that it was canceled. They emailed give us a call so we can make it right. I gave them a call and they did nothing! I won't be buying Domino's anytime soon.

Make sure you pay for your order online and not in store. They canceled my order, then claimed it wasn't canceled (even though I got an email), but said it was ready. Then when I showed up, they wouldn't honor my coupon, even though the coupon price is what was on my receipt. Everything was very shady and the owner was very rude. I won't be ordering from this location again.
