When this place first opened we loved it. We would go all the time as it's close by college and the Food was great and service too. The Ambiance was good with fun music and good vibes and beer selection was decent. This last time we went, some girl named Leticia waited on us according to the receipt. She was kinda rude and when we asked her about our usual Stan state discount they had given us prior she gave us a lecture about that wasn't a thing and whoever was doing it was going to be talked to because they were never told about offering college students a discount. We took our food to go and after we went to eat our wings they were cold and hard smothered in a ton of sauce like they had been out for a while. It was really uncomfortable, and the food was not very good so we haven't been back since. Too bad too because at one time the food was really good and we really enjoyed it. Hopefully they improve on food and service soon and get nicer people and good food like it was before.
The food here was very good the traditional wings were by far some of the best cooked wings I've ever had crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside the boneless wings also had a good flavor great batter on the outside lots of flavor the sauces were good but could be a little more bold with flavor except for the peanut butter wings those were by far some of the best wings I've ever had great flavor it's a must try I also recommend the garlic fries they are also some of the best garlic fries I've ever had I can't wait to come back to establishment and try more things

I'm disgusted, and absolutely furious with the abysmal service I received from Fire Wings today (10/19/23). A colleague of mine suggested we try it, so lacking time, we placed and order that I picked up. When I got back with the food I am angry because I ordered a vegetarian chicken sandwich, and even emphasized it, and what I got was a regular chicken sandwich. This isn't a simple mix-up; it's a blatant disregard for customer preferences. To top it off, I had to endure a maddening ordeal over the phone, making six attempts to process our payment, which is inexcusable.After all this, then waiting 45 minutes for my order, I was handed the wrong sandwich. I specifically asked for the Beyond Chicken option, but Fire Wings failed to deliver. This level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable.Dining out should be a delightful experience, but Fire Wings managed to ruin my lunch. I'm now left without anything to eat, and stuck at work until 9 pm. Thanks for nothing, Fire Wings. Your service today was nothing short of a disaster, and I won't be returning. Also, the food is in the garbage can.Vegetarian options: None, as they only hire airhead idiots who lack the most basic of skills so my order was incorrect.

I've eaten at the Daraman next door a few times, so I wanted to try this place. I ordered the Original Tender Sandwich with the seasoned fries. The service was friendly.It took a long time to receive my food, not sure why. My friend ordered first, ordered the same thing as me, and we ate last. Maybe our food was left in the fryer too long. The reason I say that was because although the chicken was tasty, it was a little on the dry side.The other thing future diners should know about what it's like to eat here:The. Music. Is. Too. Loud.I could barely hear the server when she was trying to take my order, and talking to my friends was a lot harder that it should be. Turn it down!
