Food is amazing, always really good although it can be a little overpriced compared to other competitors. Only issue is the customer service with the white lady that works there, she's always really loud and obnoxious and is really rude. Everybody else though is awesome!
Used to have great good and customer service however, the ratio of customers to servers is just not enough especially when there is a rush of customers. We ordered online and had to wait an extra 20 min for our order to be handed over to us. We asked 3 different workers there and all three of then responded with "I don't know" when asked if our order was ready. Finally, our order was retrieved and found from the back. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The carpet runner looks like it has never been vacuumed. The water was sketchy. The food was okay but is dirty as the restaurant was I was afraid to eat my food. Definitely a no-go-back type of place for me.
