Very nifty concept restaurant, first off the service i received was friendly, helpful and just down right amazing. The menu can be a little overwhelming with the different options that they have, this is a good dilemma to have as you can make thousands of different combinations that can suit any taste or palette. I chose to go with a make your own bowl with traditional pasta and I must say that it was a good selection of cheeses, vegetables, and proteins enough to make the inner fat kid in anyone happy. The one thing that I will try next would be having the tater tot base to make the world's most intricate version of hot dish if you are familiar with that term. I would say as in taste and flavor I would definitely give them about a 7.5 out of 10, and definitely nine out of 10 for portion size. Two possibly most the flavor in seasoning of the different cheeses might be suitable for all or most. But I do have a pro tip to offer.Pro tipMix, black pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder (not salt) together and season your mac and cheese dish for a nice touch of flavor that might get you halfway to flavortown. This is truly one place that's worth revisiting and if you're on the fence for trying this for the first time, you won't be disappointed.Parking: Three spots in front of the restaurant, and plenty of surrounding parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals with a ton of options plus how can you go wrong with a grilled cheese?

Very clean, bright, and fun atmosphere, staff helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. Pasta was al dente, and not at all mushy and quite delicious. I had the BLT grilled cheese, which was also delicious and came with tater tots and a few oz of tomato soup for dipping. So yummy! Get your comfort food here. There are lots of options to customize, and you can switch out the pasta for broccoli cauliflower, quinoa, etc. They also have gluten-free options and plant based cheese so they can accommodate any dietary restrictions.

I got the chicken parm mac and cheese and I've had tried better mac and cheese before. The service was good and the employees were sweet. My siblings/friends got the lobster mac and cheese, lobster grilled cheese, and chicken grilled cheese and they also agreed the food was alright. Their grilled cheese sandwiches came with a small cup of tomato dipping sauce.

We finally came to try it out and yeah it's not worth the hype. The grilled cheese was overdone, mostly black and dry. The mac & cheese flavorless. The only thing that was decent was the little thing of soup that they gave you for your your cheese sandwich, and the tater tots are disgustingly horrible but it's clean inside and oh yeah, their sodas suck too, so yeah we won't be going back.

I asked where the staff was and had to speak loudly to get a reply. I wanted to know how much my bill was and the cowardly Gen x staff called the police. I hate cop callers! The food was lousy anyway.

Grilled cheese was great. Tomato soup was very good. Cheese sauce for the Mac and cheese is tasteless. Hesitate to call it cheese. The tator tots were absolutely terrible. Tasted like they were microwaved. No issues with service or ambiance.

Expensive but so worth it! Make a bowl of you own. If you choose one, you can't go wrong either. Everything I have tried from the soup to appetizers to dessert has been excellent. A bowl is like 16 bucks and fills up like a meal. It's a healthy alternative to fast food. And for a bit more, get the lobster!
