I think they've changed hands. This used to be a great Jimmy John's. Delicious sandwiches, good portions, fair prices, great service. Now, hours are shorter, the portions are smaller, the prices higher and the quality is worse. I used to love their bread. Now, it is stale. Too bad. This used to be a great place.

Been a minute since we have been at this location due to terrible service last time. We decided to give it another chance and the service was 100x better this go around. The workers were super friendly and helpful. Will be back again.

There's nothing wrong with the food. I made the mistake of walking in 25 minutes before opening so i waited in my car as soon as the worker informed me. When i came in i had to wait to get my order taken, as i was ordering i got bluntly interrupted even tho there was nothing wrong with the way i ordered, she gave me a hard time asking me exactly what i wanted in my sandwich even tho i was very clear as to what i wanted, she walked away as i was trying to pay, their system wasn't working so i had to wait there until her coworker started helping me, she blurted out that i had a gift car from across the prep table, and when she came back i wasn't informed if it went through or not so i had a recipe and my sandwich given to me. However, the young lady was extremely nice to the customer sitting at a table. which left me confused because why didn't you give her a hard time?

Sandwiches are good but they aren't epic. Not enough to make me return. The staff may have turned that around with a good experience. But it was obvious the moral wasn't high there. The difficulties of their technology was an inconvenience. However, if I will be inconvenienced, at least sell it to me with enthusiasm. Their business of making sandwiches doesn't seem to inspire them like it used to. Maybe it was a bad day?

First time at this location because I wasn't aware that it was a drive thru. Short order...they didn't disappoint!

Every sandwich I have tried has been great. Fresh bread and fresh toppings. Sometimes they get backed up. Kind staff.

I have eaten their Italians twice in the last two weeks. The staff is clean and they acknowledged me the second I entered the store.I like the way they wrap their sandwiches.Overall I like their products and their Turlock store is kept clean. I only feel that it's too expensive.

The service was immaculate! The Guy who helped me whose name was Andrew was very helpful and seemed like he loved his Job! I had never been to Jimmy Johns before and he gave me good recommendations and helped overall!

This is literally the best Jimmy John’s there is, and it’s always thanks to the General Manager, she’s always in a great mood and makes sure her customers are taken care of. Her attitude is amazing and she always makes my sandwiches the best

Hello. I eat at a lot of Jimmy John’s locations and the customer service is usually very friendly. Just ate at your location in Turlock and the girl behind the counter was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her by coming in. She even told my wife and I that don’t grab the chips by the counter becasue we just stocked up and I will grab them from the back. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but not a good representation for your company.

Besides the food being good, that was the only upside. The kid behind the counter Gregory was very rude and condescending, first tells me I can’t order pesto on a sandwich nor on the side even though I was willing to pay extra for it. But also didn’t cut the sandwiches after we had requested them to be cut in half. When I brought this to his attention he said they can’t because it was not requested before. When I mention to him it was he state “oh did you say that?” Then when I needed to get napkins he simply said to get them myself as his hands are dirty. I normally have no issue getting my own napkins but at this time I can not really walk due to an injury and the way he said to get them was extremely rude. I don’t know if he is having a bad day or just plain doesn’t like his job. But he has made this first time to this jimmy johns my last time sadly. Hopefully others do not have to share this bad experience with the same kid named Gregory

The sandwiches were good I’ve been there many times but being told to bag my own stuff after spending 60$ isn’t cool not to mention the bags were small it looked like I went grocery shopping when I left there how about get bags big enough for more than one sandwich and bag of chips and have the staff bag the items like every other food place
