I saw the food truck in the modesto flea market located on crows landing on a Saturday. I got half carnitas and half chicharron plate. The lady fried the chicharron fresh. The plate came with 4 tortillas, some green salsa, and a grilled jalapeno for $12. My husband and I shared it and loved it so much. Hands down the best chicharron we've had in the area. The carnitas were also delicious.

I used door dash to order my meal for lunch! Not only was it delicious but the oven baking method was a real changer! Don't even get me started on the agua fresca they offer! So refreshing and tasty! Wish they had horchata but the Pina they offer is a better substitute! Will definitely order from here again!

You have to order in advance. Best to go through their website. It's inside of a factory and only allows curbside pickup. The owner is super nice and I highly recommend. These tacos are some of the best I ever had! If you like crispy Pork belly, these are a MUST!!! Support this place. It's AMAZING!!!

Ordered the Regy with bread, pickles, sandwich sauce and pineapple agua fresca. It’s basically a build your own sandwich. Maybe they’re trying to keep the pork hot and crispy. I didn’t mind. They threw in their salsa verde as well. The sandwich sauce is a thousand island style. The pineapple agua fresca is amazing! There was enough pork for two sandwiches. My order arrived via Doordash hot and crispy. I think the pork would be great chopped and tossed with the salsa. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Tried it for lunch because I heard so many great reviews. Maybe I went at a bad time but the quality of the food was very low for the price I paid and the expectations I had. Back to the Taco Trucks on Golden State for me. Good luck on your new business and much success
