There was very little meat in our subway sandwich but the rest of the condiments were average. The sandwich still tasted good. I honestly can't say if it was because it had been awhile since we ate breakfast or the sandwich was good regardless of the little bit of meat.Wheelchair accessibility: Subway on Golden State Blvd does have handicapped parking.

Made online order both sandwiches were caked in so much sauce the bread was soggy. And lastly they got the order wrong. I wouldn't waste your time especially if you are on a lunch break not time friendly at all. Never coming back.

Went to this location for lunch, first the manager was extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. She was getting frustrated with the old man she was helping because he was hard of hearing and what's funny is she continued to be angry with the rest of the customers in her lobby because she couldn't hear them. On top of that, I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and when I went to start eating it, I realized the meat was still cold. Idk if it's cuz she cooked my sandwich with someone else's and it just didn't get cooked properly? I also wasn't given a reciept which is very disappointing considering I would have loved to submit my experience with them to their corporate office so that they can try to fix the issue.

Total waste of money. Ordered online and they couldn’t follow simple instructions on how get there order correct. When called, the girl just hangs up without even listening to my complaint. Will dispute with credit card company.
my wife, kid, and I went in late tonight to try to get something good because we like subway or atleat the subway in ceres and waterford. We ordered 3 sandwiches 2 were supposed to be sourdough and the last one was Flatbread like we all get everytime. We placed our order online and Instead of telling us they were out of sourdough they put wheat for both. Even the Flatbread was rock hard. Plus we wanted a chocolate chip cookie and a snickerdoodle cooking and she gave us 2 oatmeal cookies. Terrible service will definitely tell all my family and friends to avoid this subway at all cost.

After a long day at the Bay Area, driving back home decided to stop at this Subway because we like the food here. When my dad tells me what he wants he said he was going to wash his hands but he found out the door was closed. We asked the employee if we could have the key but she rapidly said "no" because of the pandemic! . I started questioning her and said but we need to wash our hands, she said we could go to another restaurant to use the bathroom that the county ordered them not let costumers use bathrooms. I could not believe this! 2 mins later my 3 year old son said he wanted to pee. So i had to take him to the dumpster to hide and pee. It was such a horrible experience. The only reason we ordered from there was because we wanted something easy to eat at the car but never again will we buy from a restaurant that doesnt let you use restrooms.

On 5/4/2020 (Monday) ordered online through Subway website at 4:45 p.m. Got order confirmation and time to pick-up food at 5:05 p.m. When I got there at 5:05 the store was closed and no one answered the phone. First and last time I order from this location.

The owner Jesse was the one that served us today, and his customer service was the best! It felt like we were in a ma&pa type establishment, very personal... and my husband and ate our sandwich convinced that they taste so good and different from other subways cause they were made with love!
