Well let me see I ate the warm brownie sundae and the brownie tasted like it was just made it tasted fresh ..not only that I had to visit the lady's room I have never in my life seen a restroom so clean and smelling good just like home ....let me tell you it was squeaky clean very comfortable....I give this BR a 10 out of 10 without a doubt.....you don't believe me visit this store and you will see tooo.....

Clean! Water is nice touch...not all stores have water so this was a plus. Restrooms and seating area clean. Well stocked with lots of cakes and pies. Employees very nice and efficient. I have heard owner yelling at an employee so reducing stars for that....Needs to be nice to people and treat people with respect.

My kid wanted two cakes for her birthday, one being an ice cream cake. I chose Baskin Robbins as it is a classic, and my family in Los Angeles has ties to one of the founding families, so that was another reason to support the brand. Anyway, This Baskin Robbins location is closest to where I live, so I decided to place a last minute order online. The ordering process was quick and easy. when it was time to pick up, the cake was finished at the promised time. The service staff was friendly and welcoming, and the space was clean and spacious. I was scrambling to get everything ready for the party, and there was a line of customers, which was a bit surprising given that it was raining outside. Luckily, the employees provided fast service and the line moved quickly. I was relieved that I didn't have to wait too long, and everything was packed up and ready to go for my little girl's birthday.. All that being said, The cake was a total hit at the party, and the whole thing was demolished. It looks like we will be back for future cake orders )

This is the most customer service oriented baskin robbins I've ever visited. I believe it was the owner but not sure, but he was so warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly it was almost like visiting a mom and pop shop. He took care of my cake order and also threw in a few treats for me to try all because I said one of the treats looked really good. Just that small gesture made my day and I couldn't wait to try the treat later that evening. Tan m you so much for caring about your customers and taking care of us.
Baskin robbins is always a hit! This time a year i was surprised to see how busy this location was! I tried their peppermint flavor ice cream and it was so delicious. The icecream had bits of candy of peppermint in it and i loved every bite.

$9.69 for a quart of pre-packed ice cream ...... the girl gave me a coupon that would allow me to buy two (2) quarts for $13.99+tax, but I she said I couldn't use it and that I had to use it the "next time" I came in. There will not be a next time - I'll go elsewhere to purchase ice cream since $9.69 for a quarter is, IMO, too high of a price.
