Picked up takeout from herd for the first time. Seemed a bit pricey, but my daughter wanted it for her birthday dinner. I wasn't sure of portion sizes, so I ordered 3 small boneless wings in original, honey garlic, and Gangnam styles, along with kimchi rice and 3 other sides -- for 3 adults. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge! We'll each get 2-3 meals out of this. Considering how much we got, the price is actually reasonable!

BB.Q Chicken is a chain of Korean fried chicken restaurants with 3,500+ locations across 57 countries around the world. This location in Tustin is small with only three tables and mostly take-out and delivery orders. Located in a plaza, you order at the counter and they bring it out. SOY GARLIC ($15.99) - this is one of the flavors you can't go wrong with wherever you go for Korean fried chicken. This was pretty good and the chicken had a crispy exterior but I felt like it could've had more sauce on it because parts of the chicken were bare. 4/5 GANGNAM ($15.99) - gangnam style is a black pepper sauce but there was not much flavor other some spice from the jalapeños. I preferred the soy garlic one more. 3/5 DDEOK-BOKKI ($12.99) - we were a little weirded out when we saw the dish because it was really soupy and liquidy. The rice cakes weren't super flavorful because the sauce kept running off it and I had to use a spoon to get more flavor. The cheese (an extra $2) helped and there was some spice but this was just meh. 2/5 They didn't allow some flavors on some types of chicken and they also didn't allow mixing and matching the flavors you wanted. These two things limit the flexibility in your order which are inconvenient and on top of that the food was just okay.

I just want to say that this place was amazing !! A friend recommended to come here and so I did !! I was conflicted between the sauces " Spicy Galbi & Gangjeong " the customer service I received from Inaya was amazing and her convincing me to get both sauces was an excellent choice. I will totally be coming back for more !! Also I do recommend getting the " Rose Ddeok-Bokki" !!! So good ! Thank you !!

Ordering on the phone right before dinner was such a pain. Had me on hold for 4 minutes. The music was playing so loud and the person taking the order was speaking so softly I could barely make out what they were saying. Then after that they insist on taking my credit card number since it was an order over $50. Just inconvenient all the way through.

Brought salad for lunch today but it seemed like something was missing for protein. I decided to get some galbi boneless chicken to try and found it perfect for what I needed. I ordered the small size for $17 and have some leftover for tomorrow. Score.

Ordered pickup through their online ordering system. Chicken was nice and hot when I picked up and we got plenty of radish with our chicken. Super tasty!

This is the only bb.q that is good in this area. The chicken is always good, though it is expensive. $20 for a small box with about 8 wing pieces. Only thing I didn't like was I wanted original crispy wings and you can't get that unless you get a whole chicken. Weird. Anyway, the chicken is good. Definitely worth a try.
Great place with cooked to order fried chicken. The wait might be a little long at times so I usually phone order ahead of time. The lunch specials include a drink and big portions of chicken with your voice of fries or rice. Highly recommended

Honestly I've been a long time retuning customer to bb.q chicken, but today I was most disappointed ordering from this location because when I was chewing the rice cake from the Ddeoki-bokki, I ended spitting out some tiny staple like wires that was on the inside of the rice cake, which I found to be very dangerous and disgusting especially not knowing where it has been or where it came from, but luckily I was able to discover these things before swallowing them. I really hope you guys can take sometime to inspect the food that you guys offer to your customers because what I experienced today reflects the unprofessional behavior and execution when it comes to your guy's work in making sure the food you offer is safe to eat. Thank you.

This is how much sauce is on the wings, if you order a flavored wings.. i order same thing most of the times, but this place is getting worse every year. Please don’t waste your time and money and try other places if you are craving for korean chicken wings. The order i just received is a joke. This is the only location that offers the cheesling wings bone in. Everywhere else only offers that flavor boneless. I wonder why that's the case but just for that single fact I order from this location just to get that. It makes this location the best one to me. But for some reason this location doesn't offer the Gangnam wings only in boneless unlike other places. Which is weird. How do they pick and choose what gets served as what.

Location was pretty accessible with lots of parking. Chicken was amazing! Unfortunately the extra sauce I purchased was not put in the bag. But it's all good . It was closing so employees were probably just distracted and trying to go home .
