I love this place so much , I always feel welcome the cashier is always smiling! She's the best I can't remember her name . We always come to have dinner with my hubby ! The staff is great at the Tustin Location, they are helpful, knowledgeable and they smile alot like they like people (well-trained). The sandwiches are really good, though lets be honest, let's add french fries or something and make a combo under $12 please! I really like how the place is full of atmosphere. It is clean and always has a cool vibe to it!

I love board and brew. I am 4 months pregnant and they have been a craving on mine this whole pregnancy. I can usually call after I place my DoorDash order and ask them to hold the turkey and just make it as a veggie sandwich as I am not supposed to eat deli meat. I called B&B on Monday, 3/25 exactly one minute after I placed my DoorDash order to asked them to remove the turkey off of my sandwich (which has never been a problem, the staff is always super accommodating with that), but today the girl on the phone told me they already made my order, one minute after I placed my order? I don't know how they could make three sandwich's in one minute. She was super rude about it and told me not to do that next time. Also, they do not allow you to make request or suggestions on doordash so there's no way I can request no turkey meat. I do want to note that this is the first time this has happened, 95% of the time the staff is extremely accommodating.

We were very specific, one of the Turkado sandwiches was supposed to be on squaw bread. For the 3RD time, it was not delivered that way. You can't take care of your customers? I'll do everything I can to keep my company from ordering lunch again from you people. There are many places to get sandwiches. Subway doesn't screw up. We'll have to use them next time.

Great sandwiches and craft beers. I normally just go and pick up sandwiches to take home for lunch but decided to meet friends there in the afternoon and try the bar. The bar was busy but had a great vide.. everyone was friendly and talking to everyone around..will definitely be going back to the bar and of course I still get sandwiches every Friday for lunch

He explained how to order and that we can custom order whatever we want. He made an extra effort to make sure he placed our order correctly and with the quickness, but somehow did it without rushing us while having a demeanor that was welcoming and understanding.I was already having a stressful day and tried convincing my husband to NOT go to Board & Brews. I am so glad my husband convinced me to take a chance.Thank you, Enrique, for making us feel welcomed even as we were on our way out. I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, but I won’t be second guessing our next visit. See you soon, Rockstar!

I understand people make mistakes..... but i ordered "turkey cheddar and mayo only" and what in their right mind told them that i wanted "turkey roast beef and sauce only" i mean that is not even remotely close.... the only thing they got right is the turkey. I will NOT be coming back here. every other board and brew location gets my order right. i mean how do u mess that up that bad... seriously that's shocking. check your ears, and check the damn orders...

Used them to cater a lunch for us and everything was great. They have nice catering boxes and the 1/2 sandwiches were huge. Everything was super fresh and was ready on time.
