Make sure you have a minimum of 2 hours if you come here for lunch. Service is incredibly slow. And they appear to be understaffed. The bread is hard and the pizzas are a bit burnt. Chicken is dry as well. I asked for salad dressing on the side, and they forgot.

My wife met and our son (4) met her friend and her son (5) here for lunch. I think their expectation was for higher than fast food quality but the kind of efficiency, service, and speed associated with a large chain like this. The whole point of places like CPK is you know what you're going to get. Moms on the go have pretty packed schedules and it is rare enough to have a mid-week social outing like this so they ordered almost right away within minutes of arriving at 11:45 am. No one wants to wait around for food with hungry little kids. Their food did not arrive until 12:55. They did not have time to finish their lunch because they had to leave to pick up the other kids from school. I promise CPK isn't worth waiting an hour for by any stretch of the imagination. If they are unable to provide reasonable service times during weekdays, there are faster and cheaper options. If people are willing to wait, there are tastier options. It defeats the entire purpose of a place like this. Don't reward bad service because it's a convenient location and you're familiar with the menu. You can do better with your time and money, right there at the marketplace, and I encourage you to do so.

Worst waiter ever! He did not provide silverware or napkins after being asked twice. Finally brought back a set of plastic ones without a spoon, I ordered soup and pizza. I finally got up from my table and got them myself from the bar .

Went here last month for my moms birthday and Abby our server was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious; would highly recommend! We wanted to take my mom somewhere nice, but the wait times during dinner rush wasn’t long. Overall, very friendly staff plus the food and drinks are reasonably priced and to die for! We will be returning shortly. Huge thanks to Abby, for helping make my mom have a great night. It’s 5 starts because of her, thanks Abby!!

Love this place for my fancy splurge lunches while at fire HQ. Service at the counter is the best. I get the BBQ chopped salad and a kids pizza as my combo. Rewards program works good and I get gift cards from Costco for a built in discount.

I had the Banh mi bowl, it was missing mint and cilantro and the chicken was completely undercooked. This used to be my favorite dish at CPK for years but I am never going back again.
