People tend to sleep on Carl’s but honestly every few weeks I end up craving it, and it’s been a long time since I’ve had a bad experience here.I think the famous star holds up against other fast food burgers, the meat isn’t the best quality but I think the bun and toppings that Carl’s uses are above the competition.Overall I’d say it’s a 4.5/5 occasional fast food treat.

Stopped by to get western burger and famous star the burgers were cold we told the manager she give exchange the burgers the waffle fries were to greasy to much oil there's was no body here in the evening next door in n out burger is packed with people if you don't make fresh Burger people not going to come and the prices are not cheap there lots of parking lot and restroom.

I hate when places stop serving milkshakes hours before they close, and claim that they are "out" of it. Mofo, I know you didn't "run out of milkshakes," you think I was born yesterday? Y'all just being lazy and wrapped up the machine that serves milkshakes early to get it it out of the way so you have less work to perform to close shop.The other day I hit the drive thru two hours prior to close, and the lady tells me they "ran out" of milkshakes. RAN OUT OF THEM! Suuuure...surprised they didn't run out of water, but I didn't ask and anything is possible!

Horrible customer service, but this is not the only one, I went to the one on Newport Blvd, and it's exactly the same customer service, "HORRIBLE!!!! they're still have same good burgers.,

Got off and ordered because we thought it would be better. We waited for a long time to get our stuff. When we get home some of our order was wrong. I ordered no cheese but it had some. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers for my daughter she only likes ketchup, she took and bite and spit it out, they both had mustard. Ended up cooking something at home.

When nothing is open Christmas night, this was the only choice and imo it was blah....famous star combo arrived cold, meat was so thin and the bun was crumbling in my hand as I took a bite. Live in TR for over 22yrs and this is maybe the second time here, most likely the last. On another note the fries at least were a bit warmer and at least crispy.

I ordered a couple 9 piece jalapeño poppers and they give me one packet of ranch. How stingy can you be?!Plus it seems like one person runs the kitchen and drive-thru because the above order took almost 10 minutes. I would’ve dipped but I was blocked in the drive-thru.Not coming to this location again…

While this is a chain establishment and thus expectations are fixed what I appreciate about this location is the staff. They were helpful in using the coupon I had carried too long, and for that I've returned multiple times.
Well it's not the first time I have been there for a few times and the manager Daniela Higareda treats the customers nice and kindly the dinning room was very clean the service was fast the prices are kind of expensive but is worth it I highly recommend this restaurant ?????

On 10/28 around 9pm, I used the drive thru to pick up an Uber Eats order. The dinning was closed. I was asked to pull up to the first window. Once I pulled up, no one was there. I continued to wait, still no one was there. After 5 minutes I saw someone start packing the order. Even though she saw me, she still didn’t acknowledge my presence. I waited another 3 minutes. Still no greet. Finally I honked. The lady came out, but not do greet me but to take a drive thru order. After 10+ minutes of waiting at the drive thru without ANYONE coming to the window. The lady opens the window and just hands me the order. No apologies. No hello. No heads your order. She didn’t care. Therefore, I right this message. Whoever was working this night. She was the one running drive thru, not cooking.Just rude. Next time, greet me & let me know you’re running a bit behind. Curtesy. Etiquette. At least.I will be posting this on yelp and coming in to speak to a manager.Unacceptable.If you’re a delivery driver. Stay clear of this place.I even called while I was waiting. No answer.

Was offered 2 Bacon Westerns for $6.79 and paid $30 for the whole meal. The woman charged me $6.79 PER Sandwich... always ask them to repeat themselves.
