Went to Casa D’Oro during a lunch date with my son and I should say I’m pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the overall experience.Prices are very reasonable and food was amazing.Best part was the Tiramisu cake which is splendid and a must try.
The food is genuinely some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had in cali, the family that runs the place is awesome too there super friendly and have made the inside an amazing atmosphere I’d definitely recommend for date nights or food for the family and on top of that they offer homemade gluten free pizza!!!!

Tucked away on a local retail strip, you'll find the location. It is easy to get to following Google Maps, but watch it closely. Italian family type restaurant with both inside and outdoor seating. The daily special menu is printed, so it is the same each week from what I can tell. The minestrone soup was very good. The Thursday spaghetti special was a bit too salty for me. The price was very reasonable. The service was great.

Excellent homestyle cooking, no frills just great taste, nothing fancy! Javier provides great service too...super reasonable.Still very good and serves hot and fresh! It really is italian comfort food.

Pizza was good. Asked for a well done thick pizza and they got it perfect with a crispy crust. I have seen pizza getting a little bit stretchy/rubbery after being refrigerated overnight but the pizza I got stayed the same even after 2 nights of refrigeration . This was a pleasant surprise and a sign of well made pizza.

The slice is basically the size of a small kite. Sadly, I found it lacking in texture and flavor. Friendly staff. In a strip mall and it lacks "dining in" experience. I only had pizza so can't comment to other menu items.
Service is excellent. Very small place with only a few inside tables and couple outdoors. Food is good. Sometimes too spicy. Main dishes come with a salad which is also good. Seem to have good takeout business too. Enjoy the smaller family run type restaurant and lots choices in the menu too.

Still such a great hidden gem of a place. Very old school vibe, just good, honest, traditional Italian food at a reasonable price. Went again for a sit-down lunch, service was great, food tasty, everybody was friendly and kind. Please treat yourself and go here. It is not pretentious; you just feel like you are sitting somewhere very familiar and eating good food without feeling like it broke the bank to do it.

12/03/2023 *DOOR DASH DELIVERY* Dinner with the cousins tonight and hubby wanted Italian food. The place he wanted to order from didn't open until 4:00 pm so we decided to try this place. I think I have eaten here with a friend/old coworker when we moved to the area. Not sure if we have eaten here as a family many moons ago. If we did, I did not leave a review. We ordered the Pasta Special family meal, which is supposed to feed 5+ people: One large lasagna (beef or spinach) One large spaghetti, your choice of marinara or beef sauce One large house salad Half a loaf of garlic bread (split in half) * if you want all lasagna, it's $2.00 additional We also ordered mozzarella sticks (6 in an order plus marinara sauce), three orders of homemade meatballs (2 meatballs per order), apparently I ordered an extra loaf of garlic bread, shrimp, and clams in white sauce, and chicken cacciatore (chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, and a red wine sauce). We didn't care for the chicken cacciatore. It was like pasta in red sauce with some veggies. The meatballs were moist and their marinara sauce was good. The mozzarella sticks were your basic frozen that they fried up. The garlic bread loaf was ginormous and tasted okay. The house salad was basic iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots and cheese with a few slices of salami, with ranch dressing. Little O and I really enjoyed the clams and shrimp in white sauce. We ate most of the noodles the first day. Since there was a lot of sauce left over we saved it and made our own pasta to add to it the next day. It was still very tasty. It was a lot of food but the taste was just okay for us. We probably won't need to come back again.
